Bu araştırma Bangladeşli göçmenlerin ilişkilerini ve Türkiye'deki sosyo-kültürel hayata katılımlarını inceleyecektir. Buradaki birincil araştırma sorusu "Türkiye göçmenler için ev sahibi ülke olarak hangi rolleri oynamaktadır?" şeklindedir. Temel olarak bu çalışma Bangladeşli göçmenler üzerine odaklanacaktır. Türkiye ve Bangladeş iki Müslüman ülkedir; uzun süredir karşılıklı olarak iyi ilişkilere sahiplerdir. Günümüzde, her iki ülke de diplomasi, ticaret, göç, eğitim ve savunma gibi çeşitli sektörlerde işbirliğini geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Geçmiş yıllardan itibaren Bangladeş'ten Türkiye'ye, çoğunluğu öğrenciler ve iş adamları olmak üzere, oldukça düzenli bir göç akışı vardır. Türkiye'nin bu kimseleri sosyal ve kültürel açıdan kucaklama ve araştırma için güvenli bir zemin sağlama yöntemi takdire şayandır. Bu çalışma Türkiye'nin Bangladeşli göçmenlere olan muamelesinin nasıl olduğunu ve Bangladeşli göçmenlerin nasıl muamele görmek istediklerini, eğer herhangi bir şekilde ayrımcılık söz konusu ise bunun ne gibi olumsuz yönleri olduğunu tüm yönleriyle ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Türkiye'de verilen eğitim hizmetinin kalitesi yüksektir ve Bangladeşli göçmenlerin çoğunluğunun öğrenci olması bir araştırma alanı oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışma Türkiye'deki Bangladeşli göçmenlerin sosyo-kültürel yönlerini, uyum sürecini, amaçlarını ve geleceklerini ortaya koymayı hedeflemektedir. Yalnızca bireylerin eğitimi, işleri ve kariyerleri ile ilgili yönleri değil, bunlara ek olarak asimilasyon ve entegrasyon süreçleri de incelenecektir. Her birey farklı bir macera resmeder, bazıları yeni bir yerleşim yerine uyum sağlamayı kolay bulur, bazıları ise gerçekten zor bir alışma sürecinden geçer. Bu çalışma beslenme, dil, insanlar, popüler kültür, toplumsal kurallar ve eğlence anlayışı gibi farklı bakış açıları üzerinden sonuca ulaşacaktır. Bangladeş'ten Türkiye'ye yönelik devam eden göç akışı her iki ülke için de önemli düzeyde imkânlar ortaya koymaktadır. Böylece, bu uyum süreci, şu anda, oldukça önemli bir hal almıştır. Bu konunun arka planı belirli bir topluluğun yaşamının tüm yönlerini kapsayacağı için sınırlı konularda bilgi verecektir. Çünkü bir toplumun yaşamının tüm yönleri birlikte incelenemeyecek kadar detaylı ve büyüktür. Göçmenlerin Türkiye'de ikamet etmek ve buraya yatırım yapmak konusunda cesaretlendirilmesi her iki taraf için de bir kazan-kazan ilişkisi ortaya koyacaktır.
The research will explore the relationship of Bangladeshi immigrants and their socio-cultural inclusion in Turkiye. Here the primary research question is 'What roles do Turkiye play as a host country for immigrants?', basically this study will be focusing on the immigrants of Bangladesh. Turkiye and Bangladesh are two Muslim countries; they have had good bilateral relations for a long time. In contemporary times, both of these countries intended to increase cooperation in several sectors, i.e. diplomacy, trade, migration, education, defense etc. From the past decade there has been quite a smooth flow of migration from Bangladesh to Turkiye mostly as students and businessmen. The way Turkiye has embraced them socially and culturally and has provided them a safe ground for exploration that is appreciable. This study will bring out all the sides of how Turkiye is treating Bangladeshi immigrants and how they expect to get treated, what are the negative sides if there is any kind of discrimination and all. Turkiye is providing high quality education and as mostly the immigrants of Bangladesh are students, there is space for inquiry and exploration. This study aims to bring out the socio-cultural aspects, the adaptation process, scope and future of the Bangladeshi immigrants in Turkiye. Not only education, job or career related aspects but also the assimilation and integration process of individuals. Each individual portrays a different set of journeys, some people find it easy to get adapted to a new settlement, some find it really hard to cope with and so on. This study is going to reach corner cases of perspectives such as adaptation with food, language, peoples, popular cultures, norms and festivities as well. The ongoing flow of migration from Bangladesh to Turkiye shows a great number of possibilities for both the countries. Thus, this adaptation process becomes a lot more important stuff right now. The background of this topic is huge because it is going to cover the whole way of life of a certain community, which is going to serve a set of information, encouraging immigrants for settling and investing in Turkiye which can be proved to be a win-win situation for both parties.
