Bu araştırmanın genel amacı Afrika Ülkelerinin dış ticaret bağlamında Türkiye ile kurduğu ilişkileri (yapısal, sektörel ) yıllara göre gelişmeler ve dış ticarette fırsatlar, tehditler, riskler ve güçlü yönler analizi edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada verilere farklı kurumalardan aracılığı ile ulaşılmıştır ve değerlendirilmekte ve dış ticaret gelişmelerin ülke ekonomileri üzerine etkileri tartışılmıştır. Afrika kıtasının çok sayıda ülkeye sahip olması nedeniyle dış ticaret açısından özellikle Türkiye'nin 2005 yılındaki Afrika Birliği'ne (AFB) gözlemci üye olmasıyla ilişkiler hızlanmıştır. Afrika Açık Politikasının çok boyutlu sürecinin bir parçası olarak, ticari ve kültürel projeler, özellikle bölge ülkeleri ile siyasi ilişkiler, yatırım projeleri, askeri iş birliği, güvenlik ve kalkınma gibi birçok alanda hızlı ilerleme kaydedilmiştir. Türkiye ile Afrika'nın ticari ilişkileri 1996 yılında 3 milyar dolar iken 2019 yılında 22 milyar dolara yükselmiştir,1996-2019 arası dönemde ticaret hacmi yaklaşık 10 kat artmıştır. Dış ticaret yapısal olarak 2017-2019 döneminde Afrika ülkelerinden Türkiye'ye oransal olarak en çok sırasıyla hammadde, yatırım ve tüketim malı ihracatı yapılmıştır. En çok ara malların ithal yapılmıştır. Afrika Türkiye'den ara malı alıcısı, Türkiye'ye ise hammadde satıcısı durumundadır. sektörel olarak baktığımızda 2008–2020 yılları arasında tarımsal ürünlerin ihracattaki payında bir azalış olurken sanayi ürünlerinin payında bir artış olduğu gözlemlenmektedir. Sanayi sektöründe 2014-2020 yıllarda Türkiye'nin Afrika ülkelere diş ticaretinde her zaman diş ticaretinde fazla vermektedir. Ancak Türkiye'nin sanayi ürünleri ihracatında Afrika'ya önemli bir sıçrama gösteremediği açıktır.2014-2020 arası dönemde sanayi ihracatı 10 milyar dolar ile 15 milyar dolar arasında dalgalanma göstermiştir. Türkiye'nin Afrika ülkeleriyle yaptığı ticarette giderek önemli yer aldığı ortaya koyulmaktadır.
The main purpose of this study is analysis the relations (structural, sectoral) established by African countries with Turkey in the context of foreign trade and the opportunities, threats, risks and strengths in foreign trade. In this study, data were accessed and evaluated through different institutions and the effects of foreign trade developments on the economies of the countries were discussed. Due to the fact that the African continent has a large number of countries, relations have accelerated in terms of foreign trade, especially with Turkey's becoming an observer member of the African Union (AFB) in 2005. As part of the multidimensional process of the African Open Policy, rapid progress has been made in many areas, such as commercial and cultural projects, especially political relations with the countries of the region, investment projects, military cooperation, security and development. Turkey-Africa's trade relations increased from 3 billion dollars in 1996 to 22 billion dollars in 2019, and the trade volume in the period between (1996-2019) is approaching. In the period of 2017-2019, foreign trade structurally exported raw materials, investment and consumer goods from African countries to Turkey in proportion, respectively. Most intermediate goods have been imported. Africa is the buyer of intermediate goods from Turkey and the seller of raw materials to Turkey. When we look at the sector, it is observed that while there is a decrease in the share of agricultural products in exports between 2008 and 2020, there is an increase in the share of industrial products. In the industrial sector in 2014-2020, Turkey always gives a surplus in foreign trade to African countries. However, it is clear that Turkey has not been able to show a significant jump in exports of industrial products to Africa. In the period between 2014 and 2020, industrial exports fluctuated between $ 10 billion and $ 15 billion. It is revealed that Turkey has an increasingly important place in its trade with African countries. Keywords:
