Sehârenpûrî ve Bezlü'l-mechûd fî Ḥalli Sünen-i Ebî Dâvûd'daki Şerh Metodu = SSahāranpūrī and his Commentary Method in Badhl al-Majhūd fī Ḥalli Sunan Abū Dāwūd

Abstract

Ḫalîl Ahmed Sehârenpûrî (ö. 1346/1927), yirminci yüzyıl Hindistan hadis âlimlerinin en önemlilerinden biridir. Bütün İslâmî ilimlerde kendini kanıtlamasının yanında özellikle hadis ilminde temayüz etmiştir. Hayatını, dinin ikinci kaynağı konumunda olan hadis ilmine adamış bir âlim olan Sehârenpûrî, Buḫârî ve Müslim'den sonra üzerinde en fazla çalışma ve şerh yapılan hadis kitapları arasında bulunan Sünen-i Ebî Dâvûd'a, tezimizin de konusu olan Bezlü'l-mechûd fî Halli Sünen-i Ebî Dâvûd adıyla yazdığı şerhle İslâm dünyasında tanınmıştır. İşte İslâm âlemi nezdinde özellikle bu eseriyle tanınmış bir âlim olan Sehârenpûrî'yi tanımak, kendisini ve eserini dünyaya tanıtmak maksadıyla bu tez çalışması yapılmıştır. Tezimiz bir giriş, iki bölüm ve bir sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde şerh metodu incelenen eserin ilmî değerinin bilinmesi için eserin ortaya çıkış serüveni, konu amacı ve tezin yöntemi ve tezi ile ilgili yazılış süreci bilgilerine yer verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde müellifin yaşadığı dönemin siyasî yapısı, sosyal, dini hayatı, ilmî ve kültürel durumu, ilmi şahsiyeti, eserleri hakkında bilgiler verilmiş ve ayrıca Beẕlül-i Mechûd'un müellifi Sehârenpûrî'nin hadis, fıkıh ve tasavvuf yönü ayrıntılı olarak ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde Beẕlül-i Mechûd'un kaynakları tanıtılmış ve tasnif edilmiş; Sehârenpûrî'nin bu kaynaklardan naklettiği rivayetlerde kullandığı ifadeler ve bunları ne ölçüde kullandığı hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Ayrıca Sehârenpûrî'nin şerh metodunun yapısal özellikleri de hadisleri nasıl yorumladığı örneklerle açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.

Khalīl Aḥmad Sahāranpūrī (d 1346/1927) was a prominent hadith scholars of 20 th. century in India. Proving himself in all Islamic sciences came to the fore in the science of hadith. Sahāranpūrī dedicated his life to the science of hadith, was known in the Islamic world for his commentary on Sunan-ı Abū Dāwūd the most studied and annotated hadith books after Bukhārī and Muslim. This commentary called Badhl al-Majhūd fī Ḥalli Sunan-ı Abū Dāwūd is the subject of our dissertation and carried out get to know Sahāranpūrī and to introduce him and his work. Our dissertation consists of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. In order to know the scientific value of the work whose commentary method is studied, the journey of the emergence of the work, the writing process information about the subject purpose and the method of the thesis and its introduction are made in the introduction section. First chapter provides information about the political structure, social, religious life, scientific and cultural status of the period the author lived, scientific personality, works and the aspect of hadith, fiqh and Sufism of Badhl al-Majhūd's author Sahāranpūrī are discussed in detail as well. In the second chapter, the sources of Badhl al-Majhūd introduced and classified; information regarding the expressions Sahāranpūrī used while transmitting from these sources and to what extent he utilized them were stated. Also, the structural features of the commentary method of Sahāranpūrī were tried to be explained with examples of how he commented on the hadiths.
