X kontrol: Kalite kontrol araç seçimi için bir uzman sistem

Abstract

ÖZET Anahtar Kelimeler: Kalite kontrol, uzman sistem, uzman karar-destek sistemi, uzman kalite kontrol araç seçimi. Bu tezin amacı, kalite tasarım ve kontrol sistemleri için bir karar-destek mekanizması oluşturmaktır. Bu amaçla, prosesten alman örneklere dayanarak sistemin ne tür bir problemle karşılaşabileceği ve bu problemin çözümü için ne tür bir kalite kontrol sistemi kullanılması gerektiğine dair uzman bir karar-destek sistemi geliştirilmiştir. Bu uzman karar-destek sistemi, sadece problem tespiti değil aynı zamanda, problemin muhtemel çözüm yollarım da tavsiye etmekte ve hangi kural ya da kurallar setine dayanarak bu çıkarımı yaptığım söyleyebilmektedir. Sistem, kurallar bloklarından oluşmakta ve her yeni durum için yeni kurallar seti eklenmeye uygun esnekliktedir. Yazılım, Lotus 123 ve KES PS uzman sistem yazılımları kullanılarak gerçekleştiril mistir.

The aim of this thesis is to build a decision-support system for quality design and control systems. For this aim, an expert decision-support system which can tell what kind of problem(s) could be faced in the system and how these problems can be solved based on the sample data set taken from the process, has been developed. This expert decision-support system not only determines the possible problems but also suggest the possible solution ways for problems and also, tells how system concluded based on rule or rules. The system is built as rule sets and for all new cases, it is flexible enough to add new rule sets. Software has been written using Lotus 123 and expert system package KES PS. VI II
