İstanbul’da hava kirliliğinin azaltılmasında Doğalgaz’ın etkisi

Abstract

ÖZET Anahtar kelimeler: Hava kirliliği, Doğalgaz, İstanbul Teknolojinin hızla gelişmekte olduğu çağımızda bir çok Büyük Şehirde hava kirliliği problemleri artarak, hızla insan ve diğer canlıların sağlığı ile doğal kaynaklan tahrib etmektedir. 'Teneflus edilen havanın bileşimine yabancı bir maddenin karışması veya yapısını teşkil eden maddelerin oranında değişikliklerin meydana gelmesi suretiyle havanın tabii yapısının bozulması" şeklinde tarif edilen hava kirlenmesi, Büyük Şehirlerimizdeki gelişmeler, sanayi merkezlerinin artması nedeniyle memleketimiz için de güncel bir problem haline gelmiştir. İstanbul'da, doğalgaz 1992 yılından itibaren pilot bölge bazında kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Son beş yılda kullanıcı sayısının artması sonucunda doğalgaz kullanılan bölgelerde hava kirliliğinin önemli bir ölçüde azaldığı görülmüştür. İstanbul'da hava kirliliğinin büyük »bir bölümünün Konut, İşyerleri ve Sanayi'de kullanılan kömür ve fiıel-oil'den kaynaklandığı bilinmektedir. Doğalgaz kullanımı ile kullanıcı sayısının artması ve buna paralel olarak katı ve sıvı yakıtların kullanımının azalması istatistiksel olarak araştırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak bu üç çeşit (katı, sıvı, gaz) yakıtların atmosfere verdikleri kirletici emisyonları teorik olarak bulunmuştur. Emisyon miktarlarındaki azalma(S02,P.M), çevre havasında yapılan ölçümlerden elde edilen sonuçlarla mukayese edilmiş ve emisyonlardaki azalma ile uyumlu olarak hava kalitesinde iyileşme belirlenmiştir. Bu sonuç doğalgaz kullanımının yaygınlaştırılmasının katkısını açıkça ortaya koymaktadır. XI

THE EFFECT OF NATURAL GAS IS RADIUS AIR POLLUTION IN ISTANBUL. Keywords: Air pollution, Natural Gas, Istanbul The technology which developing rapidly in our era, the air pollution problems rising up that has cause destruction of the sources about the humans and other living things in the great cities. The air pollution that is defined as distortation of the natural structure of air by the foreign companent miscibling with compound couple of the respritaion air because of developing in our great cities, proliferation of the industrial centers has also became problematic nowdays. The natural gas started to use in Istanbul as a selected pilot region since 1 992. It has fixed the importand decreasing of air pollution because of increasing of the naturel gas user last five years. It is known that the air pollution, as a mainly occures by using of coal and fuel oil by the houses, the shops and the factories. The number of the naturel gas users has increased to offect the using of the cool fuel and fuel-oil which decreases using of these fuels. Our researches show that there is a parallel between incereasing of nater gas users and decreasing of using other fuels quantity. xuIn the result of, it was found by theoricaly the pollution of the emition of these fuels (coal-oil-gas) which are spraying to the atmosphere. The decreasing of the quantity of emition (SO2, P.M) was compared according to the results that were found by measuring the region air and the air standart become to be goad suited with decreasingof the emitions.
