Advanced information technologies became absolutely necessary part of thecompanies in today?s competition and velocity environment. The emergence of newinformation technologies is very speedy. One of the advanced informationtechnologies that emerged in the past decade is ERP system.ERP is a total integrated, computerized business management system that coversevery functional area of the organization enabling it to derive the most competitiveadvantage. There are a lot of factors to implement ERP system in the companies.Although the companies that implement ERP system because of these factors canhave some problems in the implementation stages, with an effective planning andmanagement, the companies can provide many advantages from the ERPimplementations.
