Dizel araç motorlarında jet yakıtı (JP-8) uygulamaları

Abstract

ÖZET Anahtar kelimeler F-34, Tek Yakıt, F-54, Motor performansı, Dizel yakıtı, Sıkıştırma-ateşlemeli motor Bu çalışmada motorlu taşıtlarda (sıkıştırma-ateşlemeli motorlarda), alternatif amaçlı yakıt olarak JP-8 (Jet yakıtı) uygulamaları ile bu uygulamaların avantaj ve dezavantajları incelenerek motor performansı ve motor elamanlarına etkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Bu etkileri gözlemlemek maksadıyla jet yakıtı değişik tip sıkıştırma - ateşlemeli motorlarda test edilmiş ve test sonuçları incelenmiştir. Yakıt değişimi motor performansını %5-10 düşürmekle beraber; bunun kısa vadede çok büyük bir kayıp olmadığı ancak uzun vadede bazı olumsuzluklara yol açabileceği, bunun da alınabilecek tedbirler sayesinde asgariye indirilebileceği değerlendirilmektedir.

APPLICATIONS OF JET FUEL (JP-8) IN DIESEL VEHICLE ENGINES SUMMARY Keywords: F-34, Single fuel,F-54,Engine performance, Diesel fuel, Compression ignition engine In this study, the using of alternative fuel called JP-5 (jet fuel) and the advantages and disadvantages of the using this alternative fuel at motorized vehicles has been investigated. To sum up, the effect of this fuel to the performance and equipment's of engine investigated too. These results said that the engine performance reduce %5-10. But this reduce of engine performance won't be big loss at small term. On the other hand at this reduce of engine performance can be cause some problems at long term but these problems can stay at minimum level with take some precautions.
