Betonda kullanılan çeşitli kimyasal maddelerin betonun bazı özellikleri üzerine etkilerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

ÖZET Anahtar kelimeler: Beton, Kimyasal Katkı, Kivam, Slamp, Basınç Dayanımı Beton, İnşaat Mühendisliğinde yapı üretebilmek için günümüzün vazgeçilmez bir yapı malzemesidir. Bağlayıcı olarak kullanılan "Beton", Romalılar zamanından beri biliniyordu. Günümüzde betonda kimyasal ve mineral katkılar kullanılarak çok yüksek performanslı betonlar üretilebilmektedir. Bu tez bünyesinde İnşaat Mühendisliğinin ana yapı malzemesi olan betonda kullanılan çeşitli kimyasal katkı maddelerinin kullanımı, kimyasının araştırılması ve farklı firmalara ait akışkanlaştıncı katkı maddelerinden temin ederek beton üretilmesi, üretilen betonun zamana bağlı olarak Slamp kaybının araştırılması yapılmıştır. Slamp kaybının araştınlmasmdaki esas amaç hazır beton endüstrisinde, santralde üretilen betonun şantiye ye teslimine kadar geçen sürenin betonun işlenebilmesine olan etkisinin irdelenmesidir. Yani, Santralde istenilen kıvamda çıkan betonun şantiye ye gittiğinde kıvamı ne oluyor ? Bu kıvamın betonun işlenmesine olan etkisi nedir ? Eğer bu kıvam uygun değil ise kıvamın iyileştirilmesi için ne yapılabilir ? Bu geçen zamanın betonun mukavemetine olan tesiri nedir ? İstenilen kıvamda betonun teslimi için santralde nasıl bir çalışma yapılması gerekir ° İşte hazır beton endüstrisinde her gün karşımıza çıkan bu gibi soruların cevabım bulmak için bu tez çalışması yapılmıştır. Concrete is connector that was knowing from Romans century. Nowadays high performance concrete is produced with using chemical and mineral addmixture. In this thesis using variable chemical addmixture, investigation and supply plastification addmixture belongs to different firms that produce concrete, and than investigated to slump missing versus time for produced concrete. Main goal of the investigation of slump missing in ready-mix concrete endustry, investigation to effect of conjugation concrete versus time of the produced concrete in factory that deliver to construction site. How is the conjucation concrete which is produced in factory to go to construction site? What is the effect of conjugation to shape concrete? * If the conjugation is not suitable, what about to cure of conjugation? What is the effect of these past time on concrete strengt?
