Abstract

ÖZET Anahtar kelimeler: ölçme, bilgisayar Bilim ve teknolojideki büyük gelişme ve otomasyona olan ihtiyacın artması ile otomatik ölçmede büyük gelişme göstermiştir. Bu tezde bilgisayar kontrollü ölçme yapan cihazlardan, boyutsal kontrol yapanları konu edilmiştir. Cihazların genel çalışma prensipleri incelendikten sonra, çeşitli boyutsal ölçüm cihazlarmdan(koordinat ölçme, dişli ölçme, boyut ölçme, geometrik form hataları ölçme, yüzey pürüzlülüğü ölçme) birer tanesinin kullanım alanı, donanım ve özellikleri açıklanmıştır. Bilgisayar desteği ile kullanılan ölçme cihazları doğruluk, hassasiyet zaman gibi avantajlarla kullanıcılar tarafından tercih edilmektedir. Dünya da standartlaşmaya verilen değerin arttığı da göz önüne alınırsa bu cihazların önemi daha iyi anlaşılacaktır. Bilgisayar destekli cihazların ölçme değerlerini vermesi yanında, kullanılan bilgisayar programlan ile verileri grafik ortamda göstermesi ve verilerin saklanabilmesiyle istatistiki değerlerin elde edilebilmesi de çok büyük bir avantajdır. Bilgisayar destekli ölçüm cihazları sayesinde, klasik ölçme tekniklerindeki insan faktörünün olumsuz etkileri ortadan kaldırılmış ve bu cihazlarda işin önemli kısmını ölçme cihazına yükleyerek sadece eğitimli operatörün varlığını yeterli kılmıştır, ki bu da daha az hata, daha az zaman kaybı ve elde edilen verilerin daha İyi algılanması anlamını taşımaktadır. vıu

Through the improvement of science and technology, as well as the increase in the necessity of automation, the concept of automatic control and computer controlled measuring has stepped a long way. Thus, in this article, through computer controlled measuring instruments, the ones which do dimensional measuring have been subjected. After examing the general principles of the instruments; the purpose area, hardware and the other specifications of each the examples through various types of dimensional measuring instruments have been explained. The measuring devices, which are supported by computer control, are preferred because of the advantages of accuracy, repeatability and economy of time. If we consider that the value given to standardization has been increasing in the recent years, the importance of these instruments and devices can be seen obviously. Beside getting the measured values by the help of computer aided measuring instruments, the facility of storage and analysis of these data in the graphical environment gives a considerably great advantage of statisticcal process control. By the computer aided measuring instruments, the negative side of human factor that occupy an important effect in conventional measuring techniques and technology of related instruments, which in fact means less error, less time consumption and a better sense of data output.
