Şeker endüstrisi artıksularının özellikleri ve kirlilik profilinin çıkarılması

Abstract

ÖZET Anahtar Kelimeler: Kirlilik, Arıtma, Şeker, Günümüzde endüstriler ülke ekonomisinde önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Ancak bu endüstrilerin çalışmaları sonucunda, meydana gelen atık maddeler hava kirliliği, gürültü, su kirliliği v.b. endüstriyel kirlenme oluşturmakta, bunların etkileri de çevre sağlığını tehdit etmektedir. Her bir endüstri türü kendi üretim mamullerini elde ederken diğer endüstrilerden çok farklı özellikler içeren atık maddeler oluşturmaktadır. Bu yüzden endüstriyel kirlenmeleri incelerken endüstrinin prosesleri sonucunda meydana gelen atıkların özellikleri, çevreye verdikleri zararlar her bir endüstri türü için ayn ayrı ele alınıp incelenmelidir. Bu çalışmada Türk Endüstri sektöründe önemli bir yer tutan şeker endüstrisinin prosesleri sonucunda ortaya çıkan atıksularının özellikleri, çevreye etkileri ve bunların nasıl bertaraf edileceği ortaya konmuştur.

THE PARTICULARITIES OF WASTED WATER IN SUGAR INDUSTRY AND FINDING OF POLLUTION PROFILE SUMMARY Keywords: Pollution, Treatment, sugar, Nowadays industries takes important place in the economy of our country. But as a naturel result on these industries a lot of wasted material cause many industrial pollution in our environments, air pollution, water pollution, noisy etc. And this action can effect our health. Each kind of industry when it produces its products it has been producing many different wasted materials for other industries. Because of this when we examine the industrial pollution we have to examine separately the processes of these industries and their particularities, the damages for environments and the methods used for the examined separately. In this study, we examined specially sugar industry which takes an important place in the sector of Turkish Industry and the processes used in this industry and wasted waters and the particularities of wasted waters and their effects to the environment and were examined how to eliminate these effects.
