Otomotiv Sanayii’nin çevresel etkilerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

ÖZET Anahtar Kelimeler: Otomotiv Sanayii, Çevresel etkiler, Emisyonlar, Atıksular, Ekzos gazları, Gürültü Otomotiv Sanayii 650 000 oto/yıl üretim kapasitesi ve 3 000 000'u aşan araç parkı ile Ülkemizin önemli sektörlerinden biridir. Sektör aynı zamanda diğer sektörleri etkileyebilen lokomotif bir sektördür. Böylesine büyük bir sektörün çeşitli çevresel etkileri vardır. Otomotiv Sanayii atıksuları üretim faktörlerine bağlı olarak eser miktarda yada yüksek konsantrasyonlarda zararlı toksik etkili kirletici parametreler içermektedir. Otomotiv Sanayii ürünleri gürültü, emisyon, katı atık gibi çevre kirliliğinin önemli göstergelerine sebep olan bir endüstri koludur. Otomotiv Sanayii üniteleri ve üretim metodu planlanan hedefler doğrultusunda değişiklik gösterir. Sanayiden kaynaklanan katı atıklar, emisyonlar, atıksular incelenmiş ve bu atıksuların mevzuatlara uygun şekilde arıtılarak alıcı ortamlara verildiği görülmektedir. Ancak kirletici parametrelerin zamana bağlı zararlarının da araştırılması gerekir. Yapılan bu çalışmada Otomotiv Sanayiinin atıksuları ve arıtma sistemleri genel hattarı ile incelenmiştir. Katı atıklar örneklerle miktar, cins ve kaynaklanan üniteler bazında ele alınmıştır. Sanayiinin emisyonları incelenmiş bu emisyonların çevresel etkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Eksoz gazları gürültü ve kirlilik parametrelerinin insan sağlığına etkileri ve önlenme seçenekleri konusunda bilgi verilmiştir. Her endüstride olduğu gibi Otomotiv Sanayii çevresel etkileri de farklılık göstermektedir. Çevresel etkilerin önlenmesi için uygulanacak yöntemler de farklı olacaktır. Bu çalışmada çevresel etkilerin ne olduğu ve nasıl önlenebileceği konusunda gerekli tedbirlerle ilgili bilgiler verilmiştir.

And also because of the effects on the other sections, it should be said the Automotive Industry is the locomotive in industry other wise, how a great section has many environmental effects. According to the production factors, water given out from the Automotive Industry, includes harm full taxic parameters, at a little amount or high concentrations. Automotive Industry productions causes pollution because of the noise, emission and the solid waste. The units of this section and the production method defer the aims planned before. The solid waste, emissions and the dirty water all are researched and it's known these parameters which causes pollution are all filitreted in normal conditions and given out tothe nature. But the waste-full parameters'harm in time must be researched. It's tailed the Automotive Industry's dirty-water and the filtration system in this report. The solid wastes searched about their amounts, types, examples and what caused. Also emissions are searched, too and the ecological effects of this emissions are utilised. The egzost gases, noise and the pollution parameters effects on the humanhealth and the methods of protection is told. As in all industries, Automotive Industries effects to the pollution of environment are different. And upon this difference the protection methods are different, too. In this report, the environmental problems and what are the preventive methods are all worked on. XI
