Mesleki eğitim merkezlerinde oto motor tamirciliği meslek dalı meslek bilgisi dersi programı uygulanabilirlik analizi

Abstract

Anahtar Kelimeler: Çıraklık Eğitimi, Oto Motor Tamirciliği Bu çalışmanın amacı; Mesleki Eğitim Merkezlerinde (Çıraklık Eğitimi Merkezlerinde) Oto Motor Tamirciliği meslek dalında Meslek Bilgisi dersi müfredat programmın uygulanabilirliğinin araştırılmasıdır. Bu amaçla çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde, Türkiye'deki Çıraklık Eğitiminin tarihi gelişimi, 3308 Sayılı Çıraklık ve Mesleki Eğitim Kanununun uygulanması ve bazı gelişmiş ülkelerdeki Çıraklık Eğitimi uygulamaları incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, ülkemizdeki Mesleki Eğitim Merkezlerinde Oto Motor Tamirciliği meslek dalı Çıraklık Eğitiminin bugünkü durumu, Oto Motor Tamirciliği meslek dalının kapsama almışı ve eğitimin yapılışından bahsedilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde ise Oto Motor Tamirciliği meslek dalı Meslek Bilgisi dersi müfredat programının uygulanabilirliği incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla hazırlanan anket sorulan 22 Mesleki Eğitim Merkezinde görev yapan 87 motor öğretmeni üzerinde uygulanmış ve sonuçlar bu bölümde incelenmiştir. Hazırlanan anket 3 kısmadan oluşmaktadır. 1. kısım Meslek Bilgisi dersi müfredat programının uygulanabilirliğine ilişkin genel bilgilere yöneliktir. Bu kısım, öğretmenlerin durumları, ders kitabı, okulun fiziki durumu ve yeterliliği, materyal, sanayi, ustalar ve değerlendirmeyle ilgili sorulan içermektedir. 2. kısım Meslek Bilgisi dersi müfredat programının öğrenci seviyesine uygunluğuna yöneliktir. Bu kısım bölüm ve konuların öğrenci seviyesine uygunluyla ilgili sorulan içermektedir. 3. kısım Meslek Bilgisi dersi müfredat programının süre bakımından yeterliliğine yöneliktir. Bu kısım ise bölümlerin işlenmesi için aynlan sürelerin yeterliliğine ilişkin sorulan içermektedir. Son bölümde ise çalışmanın geneli ve özellikle elde edilen anket sonuçlan genel olarak değerlendirilmiş ve bazı öneriler yapılmaya çalışılmıştır.

Key Words: Apprentice Training, Automotive Repairing Sector The purpose of this study is to investigate The Present Curriculum of particular vocation programme in Apprentice Trainin Centres For Automotive Repairing Sector and its applicability. For this purpose, in the second part of this study, the historical progress of Apprentice Training in Turkey, the application of Apprentig and Professional Training Law numbered 3308 and applications of Apprentice Training in the developed countries were tried to investigate. în the third part, in our country present situation of Apprentice Training Centers for Automotive Repairing sector, the importance of Automotive Repairing sector and its training were investigated. İn the fourth part, the applicability of the present curriculum of particular vocation programme of Automotive Repairing sector. The survey questions that were prepared for this purpose were applied by 87 engine teachers who work in 22 professional Ixaining centers and the results were investigated. The survery that was prepared consits of three parts. The first part is related to the general knowledge, deailing with the applicability of present curriculum of particular vocation programme. This part consist of the situation of the school, materials, industry, masters and the survey questions. The second part is about the curriculum of the level of the students. This part consist of the questions whether the subjects and topics can be suitable according to the level of the students. The third part is about the extension of curriculum. It consists of the questions deailing with the extension that was separated for each part or topic. In the last part the whole study and specially the results of survey were investigated and some suggestions were made
