Binalarda uygulanan ısı yalıtım sistemleri ve örnek bir projede ısı yalıtım maliyeti analizi

Abstract

Günümüzde sanayinin gelişmesi ile önüne geçilemez, kontrolsüz bir enerji tüketimibaşlamıştır. Doğal kaynaklarımızın hızla tükenmesi, çevre kirliliği ile ekolojikdengenin bozulmaya başlaması ve enerji üretiminin yüksek maliyeti bizi enerjitasarrufu konusunda çok daha duyarlı olmaya itmektedir. Ülkemizdeki enerjininbüyük bölümü sanayide ve konutlarda tüketilmekte, konutlarda tüketilen enerjininbüyük bir kısmı da ısınma için kullanılmaktadır. Enerji korunumunda ısı yalıtımı,etkin ve ekonomik önlemlerin başında gelmektedir.Bu çalışmanın giriş bölümünde konu hakkında kısa bilgi verilmiş, çalışmanınkapsamı açıklanmıştır.kinci bölümde, ısı ve ısı transferi ile ilgili temel bilgiler verilmiş, ısı yalıtımı veyapılarda ısı yalıtımı uygulanmasının önemi üzerinde durulmuştur.Üçüncü bölümde, ısı yalıtım malzemeleri ile ilgili tanımlamalar yapılmış, ısıyalıtımında sıklıkla kullanılan malzemeler ve bu malzemelerde istenilen özelliklerdetaylı olarak anlatılmış, duvar yalıtımında kullanılan ısı yalıtım malzemelerininteknik özellikleri karşılaştırılmıştır.Dördüncü bölümde, yapılarda en büyük ısı kayıplarının gerçekleştiği duvar, çatı vedöşeme kısımlarında uygulanan ısı yalıtım teknikleri ve uygulamada kullanılanmalzemeler anlatılmıştır.Beşinci bölümde ise, TS 825 Isı Yalıtım Kuralları esas alınarak örnek bir bina içinöncelikle ısı yalıtımsız olarak, daha sonra alternatif ısı yalıtım malzemelerikullanılarak oluşturulan ısı yalıtım sistemleri ile örnek binanın yıllık ısıtma enerjisiihtiyacı ve özgül ısı kaybı hesapları yapılmış, uygulanan sistemlerin maliyetanalizleri yapılmıştır.Altıncı bölümde, tez çalışmasından elde edilen sonuçlar değerlendirilmiş, ısı yalıtımsistemleri ile ilgili öneriler getirilmiştir.

Nowadays, by the development of industry, there has begun an energy consumptiontahat is impossible to stop and out of control. Rapidly melting of natural springs,beginning the broking down of echological balance by the dirtiness of environmentand the high costs of energy production invitated us to be much sensitive about thesaving of energy. In our country, the most rating of energy are using up by theindustry and the buildings, and in the buildings, most rating of energy are using upfor thermal heating. The thermal insulation is the most important and echonomicalprecuation about energy saving.In the first part of this study, a short knowledge fort he subject and the contents ofthe study are presented. And the second part gives us some base knowledges aboutthermal heat and the thermal transfer, also depends on the importance of thermalinsulation and the application of it on the buildings.In the third part of the study, the discription of materials that are used for thermalinsulation, especially the technical properties of this materials when they are used onwalls in the buildings are explained.Fourth part of the study tells about the techniques of thermal insulation on the walls,roofs and the upholsteries which the lost of thermal most occurs.In the fifth part, for an experimental building, the thermal enegy for a year and thethermal lost account have been calculated by the Rules of TS 825, between twoconditions on this building, that in one of this, has been used materials for thermalinsulation, and the other one has not been used any materials for thermal insulation.After that, the analysies of costing of the systems that applicated on the experimentalbuilding are made.And in the last part of this study, the results are utilated the offers fort he thermalinsulation are explained.
