Bu motor haritalama modelinin olusturulması amacıyla1nci Ana Bakım Merkezi Komutanlıgı Arifiye / SAKARYA tesislerindeki Motor-Transmisyon Test Atelyesi'nde yaklasık 5 ay süre ile motor testleri yapılmıs ve eldeedilen veriler kullanılarak MATLAB Model Based Calibration Toolbox programındaiki asamalı modelleme islemi gerçeklestirilmistir. Model Browser'da elde edilenmodeller, MATLAB Cage Browser programına aktarılarak bir elektronik kontrolünitesi için gereken kalibrasyon tablolarının elde edilmesi safhasındakullanılmıslardır. Dizel motorun atesleme açısı, torku ve hızına göre olan egzostsıcaklıgı, yakıt tüketimi ve egzoz emisyonlarının iki asamalı modelleriolusturulmustur. Lokal modelin girdisi olarak atesleme açısı, global modelin girdileriise tork ve motor hızı olarak belirlenmis ve degisik birçok matematiksel modeldenenerek gerçek verilere en uygun matematiksel egriler elde edilmeye çalısılmıstır.Olusturulan matematiksel modeller kullanılarak, kalibrasyon tabloları optimizasyonyöntemiyle elde edilmistir. Yapılan çalısma sonunda, iki asamalı modellememetoduyla motor davranısı ayarlanabilir motor parametrelerinin bir fonksiyonuolarak elde edilmis olup, olusturulan tahmin gücü yüksek iki asamalı modellerin vekalibrasyon (look-up) tablolarının oldukça mantıklı degerler verdigi görülmüstür.
Key Words : Engine Mapping, Two-Stage Modelling, Calibration, ECUIn this study, an engine mapping model, where the dataset used for constructing theengine mapping model was collected from Leopard1A1 Tank?s MTU, MB838 CaM500 model diesel engine, is created by using two-stage modelling. The engine testslasted approximately 5 months were realized in the Engine Test Rig in the 1st MainMaintanance Center Command in Arifiye / SAKARYA. These models which built inthe Model Browser imported into the CAGE Browser part of the toolbox to produceoptimized calibration tables for a planning electronical engine controller. Theexhaust temperature, fuel consumption and exhaust emissions were modelledaccording to the spark angle, torque and engine speed. While the spark angle as theinput of local model, the torque and engine speed are the inputs of global model areidentified. The mathematical curves that were obtained from the two stage modelstrying different mathematical model types are fitted best to the real test values. At theend of the study, it is obtained that engine behaviour using two stage modelling as afunction of the adjustable engine parameters method and realized the calibrationlook-up tables. As a result, it is determined that these two stage models whichprovides very good predictions gives logical values, results and look-up tables whichare ready to upload to the ECU.
