Hava muharebesi simülasyon sistemleri? bir pilotu gerçek ortamdaymış gibi sanal unsurlara karşı savaştırarak eğitimini veya tatbikatını gerçekleştirmek amacıyla kullanılır. Bir hava muharebesi simülasyonu; senaryo hazırlama, uçuş, görev sonrası analiz ve değerlendirme adımlardan oluşmaktadır. Bu çalışma kapsamında, görev sonrası pilotun performansının değerlendirilmesi ve analiz edilmesine yönelik bir altyapı oluşturulmuştur. Pilot performansını değerlendirmek için oluşturulacak kriterler; mühimmat tipi, uçak tipi gibi teknik özelliklere bağımlı olduğu gibi; ülkeler arasında veya filolar arasında bile farklılıklar gösterebilmektedir. Bu bahsedilen kısıtı önlemek için bu çalışma kapsamında dinamik bir pilot performans değerlendirme sistemi oluşturulmuştur. Yani eğitmen pilot, performans kriterlerini, oluşturulmuş olan değerlendirme parametrelerini kullanarak kendisi formülize edebilmektedir. Bu formülize edilen hesaplama yöntemine göre eğitilen (ya da tatbikata katılan) pilot, uçuş sonrası değerlendirilir ve o pilotun performansı ile ilgili çeşitli raporlar üretilir.
Air combat simulation systems are used to implement training or field exercise of a pilot by making him to fight against virtual forces as if he is in a real environment. An air combat simulation is composed of the following steps: planning a scenario, flight, analysis and evaluation at the end of the flight task. Within the scope of this study, an infrastructure is developed in order to analyze and evaluate the performance of the pilot at the end of the task. Criteria defined to evaluate the pilot's performance are not only dependent to the technical features like munition type or air craft type, but also can differ among countries or even among fleets. To prevent this mentioned constraint, a dynamic pilot performance evaluation system is formed within this study. That is, instructor pilot is able to formulate the performance criteria by using the predefined evaluation parameters. Trainee (or exercising) pilot is evaluated at the end of the flight and several reports related to the pilot?s performance are generated according to this formulated evaluation method.
