Abstract

Teknolojik gelişmelerin üretim miktarlarında meydana getirdiği artış, kalite ve beraberinde de üretim yöntemlerinde rekabetçi olmayı ön plana çıkarmıştır.Özdeş parçaları, istenilen ölçü sınırları içerisinde ve en kısa zamanda talaş kaldırmadan üreten, malzeme sarfiyatı ve insan gücünün asgari düzeyde tutulmasın yardımcı olan, takım tezgâhları ile çalışan araca Sac Metal Kalıpları adı verilir. Bu mesleği yapan kişiye kalıpçı, bu mesleğe ise kalıpçılık denir.Sac kalıp tekniği ile üretimin rekabet açısından önemi, ulaşılmak istenilen kalite ve üretim hızı açısından bilinmektedir. Mevcut durumda kullanılan iş parçaları gözden geçirilip ölçüm yeterliliği olmadığı görülen ?bek tablası bağlama sacı? iş parçası için iyileştirmeye yönelik çalışma yapılması planlanmıştır. Çalışma konusu iş parçasının hatasız ve seri üretilebilmesi için kalıp seti tasarlanmalıdır ve ileride uygulanacak çalışmalara tecrübe olabilmesi için eski uygulamaya göre avantajları değerlendirilmelidir.

The increase in the production quantities, which is a result of technological developments, has brought the quality in the foreground along with the competition in the production methods.The tool, which produces the identical components in the full scantling vessel within the shortest possible time without metal filings and also helps the minimization of manpower and material consumption and works with a set of machine tools, is called Sheet Metal Moulds. The person who takes it up as a career is called moulder and the job title is moulding.The importance of the production with the technic of sheet metal is known in terms of quality and production rate. The important point is to be successful in the competition of the firms in the same sector. Success can be considered in terms of final customer as meeting the demand as soon as possible with the highest quality level, sustainability and economical feasibility. Sheet Metal Moulding is the optimal production method which can actualize the criteria of competition.A well-designed sheet metal moulding set will provide high production rate, quality and sustainable supply to the manufacturer. The components which are produced with a well-designed mould will form the basis of high-qualified products and will satisfy the final customer. This will make the company more preferable and the recognition of the company will automatically increase.The quality conception, formed with the competition in the appliances sector and expectations of the final customer, directs the companies to zero failure, development in order to reach high quality level and improvement.In the light of the feedbacks which are obtained from final customer about the freestanding ovens produced for English market in Arcelik Cooking Appliances Plant, the failure of alignment and gap between the top table plate and front panel which occurs after the assembling has been determined. Equipments which are being used in the current situation are reviewed and the equipment "the top table plate fixed sheet" which has not the adequacy of measurement has been selected and an improvement study has been planned for this part. As the subject of the study, a mold set must be designed in order to produce correct and serial. In order to be an experience for the future studies, the advantages must be evaluated.
