Taraklı'daki sivil mimarlık örnekleri ile Halim Düzgün evi'nin proje ve Ali Pektaş evi'nin restorasyon çalışmaları

Abstract

Taraklı geçmişten günümüze kadar gelen, Osmanlı mimarisine ait örnekleriyle kültürel mirasımızın var olduğu önemli bir yerleşim birimidir. Taraklı'nın sahip olduğu anıtsal ve sivil yapıların etkin bir restorasyonu için fiziksel yapısı, tarihsel mimari değerleri ve çevresiyle ile birlikte ele alınıp incelenmektedir.Bu tez çalışmasında tarihsel gelişim süreci içerisinde eserlerin yapımında kullanılan malzemeler temin edilerek inşa edildiği ve değişim koşullarının bu eserlere tesiri ilke olarak belirlenmiştir. Sivil yapıların kişisel amaçlara uygun mimari yerleşimi, iç mekân düzenleri, yapım sistemleri, çatılarının özellikleri, kat sayıları ile çevreye uyumu özgün niteliktedir. Anıtsal yapılar ise toplumsal nitelikli büyük eserler olup bu yapılarda toplumun tarihi öyküsü vardır.Çalışma konusu seçilen Halim Düzgün Evi'nin rölöve ve restorasyon projeleri hazırlanıp özgün dokusu bozulmadan gerekli koruma müdahaleleri doğrultusunda ele alınıp incelenmiştir. Fakat bu yapı tez çalışma döneminde uygulama aşamasına geçmediği için çalışmada örnek uygulama olarak Ali Pektaş Evi gösterilmiştir.Ali Pektaş Evi'nin restorasyon çalışmaları, proje ve resimlerle desteklenmiş analiz çalışmaları yapılarak uygulama aşamasında uygulanan tekniklerle birlikte yapının özgünlüğü bozulmadan gerekli denetim altında kontrolleri yapılarak çalışmalar tamamlanmıştır. Ayrıca Ali Pektaş Evi'nin mimari, yapısal ve strüktürel analizi yapılarak doğal yöresel malzemelerin kullanılması, onarım tekniklerinin de bu ilkeler ışığında ele alınması maliyetin düşmesini ortaya çıkarmıştır.
