Aripiprazol, Olanzapin ve Risperidon antipsikotik ilaç aktif maddeleri olup sizofrenive depresyon tedavisinde kullanılır. Ayrıca bu maddeler elektron donör özelliğinesahiptirler ve ?- akseptörleri ile yük transfer kompleksleri verirler.Bu çalısmada elektron donör özelliğine sahip Aripiprazol'ün elektron akseptör olarakDDQ, TCNE verdiği kompleks, Olanzapin'in elektron akseptör olarak DDQ, TCNE,ve Risperidon'un elektron akseptör olarak DDQ, TCNE ile nasıl kompleksolusturduğu spektrofotometrik olarak incelenmistir. Aripiprazole, olanzapine and risperidone are drug active compounds and usedschizophrenic and antidepression treatment. The drug active compounds have electrondonor properties and form electron donor acceptor complexes with electron acceptorssuch as TCNE and DDQ.In this study, Aripiprazole, olanzapine and risperidone compounds were used aselectron donors and TCNE and DDQ used as ?-electron acceptors. Electron donoracceptor complex studies of these drug active compounds were investigated asspectrophotometrically. The stochiometry of the complexes were determined byjobs? method.
