Geleceğin en önemli sorunu enerjinin tükenmesidir. Bu amaçla her ülke ve işletme kendi enerji kaynaklarına sahip çıkmakta ve yeni enerji elde etme yöntemleri konusunda çalışmaktadır.Üretim sırasında var olan enerjilerin harcanmasının yanı sıra insan ve çevre yaşamını etkileyen atık oluşumuna da neden olmaktadır. Üretim arttıkça uğraşılması gereken atıkların miktar ve çeşitleri de artmaktadır.Bu çalışmada geleceğin en önemli iki sorunu olan enerji kıtlığı ve atıklara ortak bir çözüm bulmak amacıyla dünyada kullanılan çeşitli çalışmalar araştırılmış ve bunlardan uygun örnekleri de uygulanabilir olup olmadıkları incenelenerek. Türkiye şartlarındaki orta ölçekli bir süt tesisi için modellenip, uygunluğu araştırılmıştır.
The most important problem of the future is energy shortness. As a result of this every country and corporation protect their own sources and resarch for new recovery methods.In production, enery is increasing also another problem which effects human and environmental life is waste production. Waste?s types and quantites are increasing with the new technologies.In this study, investigating for a mutual solution for the most important problem of the future which are enery crisis and wastes. This study investigates the studies in the world wide which are fizible and makes a model in the dairy waste water which has Turkey?s dairy charestericts.
