dc.description.abstract ÖZET Anahtar Kelimeler Elektron donor akseptör kompleksleri DifenhidraminHCl, LoperamidHCl, LidokoinHCl, TCNE, İyot ve Pikrik Asit. Bu çalışmanın amacı DifemıidraminHCl, LoperamidHCl, LidokoinHCl donorlannm TCNE, İyot, Pikrik Asit ile elektron donor akseptör komplekslerini incelemektir. Elektron akseptörler olan TCNE, İyot, Pikrik Asit ile elektron donorlar olan DifenmdraminHCl, LoperamidHCl, LidokoinHCl nin elektron donor akseptör kompleksleri spektrofotometrik yöntem ile incelendi. Komplekslerin stokiometrileri Jop yöntemi, komplekslerin denge sabitleri Benesi-Hilldebrand denklemi ve komplekslerin termodinamik sabitleri Van't Hoff denklemi ile hesaplandı. DifenMdraminHCL-TCNE kompleksi 351 nm de maksimum absorpsiyon verdi. Kompleksin denge sabiti 7,54 Itmol"1. AH-268 calmol"1, AS:-2,45 calmor1 ve AG°:-1180 calmol"1 dir. LoperamidHCL-TCNE kompleksi 370 nm de maksimum absorpsiyon verdi. Kompleksin denge sabiti 16,27 ttmol"1. AH-255 calmol"1, AS:-2,02 calmol J ve AG°:-1629 calmol"1 dir. LidokoinHCL-TCNE kompleksi 340 nm de maksimum absorpsiyon verdi. Kompleksin denge sabiti 126,37 Itmol"1. AH:-1065 calmol1, AS:-5,89 calmol1 ve AG°:-2827 calmol"1 dir. DifenMdraminHCL-Iyot kompleksi 364 nm de maksimum absorpsiyon verdi. Kompleksin denge sabiti 82,25 Itmol"1. AH.-5737 calmol"1, AS:-23,11 calmol"1 ve AG°:-2579 calmol"1 dir. dc.description.abstract EDA COMPLEXES OF DIPHENHYDRAMINEHC1, LOPERAMIDEHCI, LIDOCOINEHC1 SUMMARY Keywords : Elektron donor acceptor complexes DiphenhydramineHCl, LoperamideHCl, LidocaineHCl, TCNE, İyot, Picric Acide. The purpose of this study is to examine how to effect the EDA complexes of DiphenhydramineHCl, LoperamideHCl, LidocaineHCl. EDA complexes of Diphenhydramine HC1, LoperamideHCl, LidocaineHCl as electron donors with TCNE, iyot, Picric Acide as a electron acceptor have been examined by spectrophotometric method. Stoichiometrics of the complexes were calculated by Jop's method. Equilibrium contstants of the complexes were calculated by Benesi-Hilldebrand equation. Thermodynamic contstants of the complexes were calculated by Van't Hoff equation. EDA complexes of DiphenhydramineHCL-TCNE gave a maximum absorption at 351 nm.
