Aşın Akım Koruması Bu tezde, enerji dağıtım sistemlerinde koruma konusu ele alınmış, bir enerji dağıtım sisteminde korumanın önemi ve röle koordinasyonunun koruma üzerindeki etkisi ele alınarak, enerji dağıtım sistemi elemanları olan transformatörler, hatlar, generatörler, baralar ve tüketicilerin korunmasında rölelerin fonksiyonu ve röle koordinasyonunun ehemmiyeti üzerinde durulmuştur. Röle koordinasyonu yapılırken bu koordinasyonu etkileyen seçicilik, ani ve ters elemanlarla koordinasyon gibi kavramlar ele alınarak, bunların sağlıklı bir röle koordinasyonunu sağlamadaki önemi ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca yine röle koordinasyonu konusuyla bağlantılı olan pilot koruma ve yönlü koruma konulan da incelenmiştir. Aynca bu tezin temelini oluşturan yerel elektrik santrallerinin röle koordinasyonuna etkisi incelenerek, yerel elektrik santrallerinin şebekeye girmesiyle sistemin kısa devre hesaplan ve röle koordinasyonu hesaplannda ne gibi değişiklikler olduğu araştınlmış, röle akım-zaman eğrileri ve buna bağlı olarak röle alam ayarlarında ne tür değişiklikler yapılması gerektiği belirlenmiştir. Örnek bir sistem ele alınarak, bu sistem üzerinde yerel bir elektrik santralinin kurulmasıyla yaptığımız hesaplann nasıl değiştiği sayısal verilerle soınuliaştolrnrştrr. IX
PROTECTION OF DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS AND THE EFFECTS OF EMBEDDED GENERATORS ON THE REtAY COORDINATION SUMMARY Key Words: Rday Coordinatioıv Overcurrent Protection in this thesis, the subject of protection of energy distribution system has been examined. With inspecting the importance of protection of a distribution system and the effects of relay coordination on protection, the consequence of function of relays and its coordination on protection of the transformers,. lines, buses, generators and feeders, the parts of energy distribution systern, have been inspected. While performing relay coordination, some concepts like "selectivity", "coordination with instantenous and inverse element" effected this coordination, were examined and it was understood that these concepts were very important for performing a good relay coordination. And also connected with this subject, pilot protection and directional protection have been examined. On the other hand, efFects of embedded generators to the relay coordination were scrutinized and it was examined together with entrance of embedded generators to the system that, what kind of changes in calculations of short circuit and relay coordination and what şort of variations in relay current-time curves and relay current settings should have been made. With a pattern system, these acoounts were concretized. x
