Abstract

ÖZET Anahtar Kelimeler - Alçak Gerilim Koruma ve Kontrol Sistemi, açma-kapama cihazları, kısa devre, aşın akım. Alçak gerilim koruma ve kontrol sistemi; normal işletme şartlarında devreyi kapamaya, kesmeye ve bu devrenin akımını taşımaya, normal dışı şartlarda ise devreyi otomatik olarak kesmeye yarayan mekanik açma-kapama cihazlarıdır. Bir alçak gerilim koruma ve kontrol sisteminin devreyi açma kapama işleminden başka en önemli fonksiyonu; yukarıda tanımını yaparken de normal dışı şartlar olarak ifade ettiğimiz, kısa devre ve aşın akım gibi durumlarda devreyi korumasıdır. Sistemin koruma fonksiyonlanm yerine getirebilmesi için cihazlar içinde ilgili üniteler bulunmaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasında alçak gerilim koruma ve kontrol sistemi açtırma ünitelerine uluslararası IEC TS EN standartlannda bir giriş sağlanmış ve alçak gerilim koruma kontrol cihazlannm üretim, montaj, test ve kullanım şekillerinin önemi incelenmiştir. Most important function of the Low voltage protection and control systems are the protection of the circuit at the abnormal operating conditions which are shot circuit and over current besides making, carrying and breaking the currents. Low voltage protection and control systems are equipped with some units to carry out protection function. This thesis provides an introduction to the opening units of Low voltage protection and control systems. The manufacturing process, assembling, testing and using of the low voltage protection elements have been revealed according to International IEC TS EN standards. Also short circuit test report of one low voltage equipment was given at enclosed. XVI
