ÖZET Anahtar Kelimeler: Tünel kalıp sistemi, geleneksel sistem, maliyet. Bu çalışmada; biri tünel kalıp sistemle yapılmış diğeri geleneksel sistem ile tasarlanmış, aynı mimariye sahip İM binanın maliyet analizi yapılmıştır. Birinci bölümde; modern kalıp sistemlerinin kullanılma nedenleri anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde; Tünel kalıp sisteminin tanımı, çeşitleri, ekipmanları, boyutlandırılması, yapım ilkeleri, sistemin uygulanması, konut üretimine sağladığı yararlar, tasarım kısıtlan, şantiye düzeni hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde; Depreme dayanıklı yapı tasarımında tünel kalıp sisteminin kuşanılmasının avanslarından bahsedilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde; tünel kalıp sistemi ile inşa edilen bir binanın detaylı olarak maliyet hesabı çıkartılıp, geleneksel sistemle yapılmış aynı binanın mukayesesi yapılmıştır. Son bölümde; elde edilen sonuçların değerlendirmeleri yapılmıştır.
COMPARING TUNNEL FORMWORK TECHNOLOGY AT HOUSE PROJECTS AND TRADITIONAL METHODS ABOUT COST SUMMARY Key words: Tunnel formwork system, traditional system, cost. In this study, the cost analysis of two structures which have same architectrual have been done. One of them was built with tunnel formwork system and the other was using traditional system. In the first chapter, the reasons why modern formwork systems are used, are explained. In the second chapter, general informations have been given about the definition, types, equipments, dimensioning, production techniques, application of system, its benefits for building production, design diffuculties and construction site arrangement of tunnel formwork system. In the third chapter, earthquake resistant building design against to and advantages of formwork system have been discussed. In the forth chapter, detailed calculation of the building which was produced to the building that was producted by traditional system. In the last chapter, the obtained results were evaluated. XI
