ERP sisteminde ürün maliyetleme ve ilaç endüstirisinde bir uygulama

Abstract

ÖZET Anahtar Kelimeler: ERP, SAP, maliyet muhasebesi, faaliyet tabanlı maliyet Günümüzde yaşanan gelişmeler ile birlikte giderek karmaşıklığı artan üretim ve şirket yapıları ve zorlaşan rekabet koşulları, şirketler için daha verimli iş akışı, daha yüksek düzeyde üretkenlik ve daha düşük maliyetle çalışmayı zorunlu hale getirmektedir. Şirketler, doğru kararlar verebilmek ve rekabet avantajı elde etmek için doğru bilgiye zamanında ulaşabilmelidirler. Bunun için de entegre hale getirilmiş bir işletme bilgi sistemine ihtiyaç duyarlar. Kurumsal Kaynak Planlaması, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) sistemi işletmelere gerekli bilgi sistemini sunar. Etkin bir ERP sistemi, bir şirket için işlevsellik, esneklik ve teknoloji kombinasyonu sağlar ve kurumların değişikliğe en hızlı şekilde tepki vermesini mümkün kılar. Bugünün kurumsal işletmelerinde finans ve maliyet ile ilgili verilerin güncel, doğru ve güvenilir olması hızlı ve sağlam kararlar alabilmek için şarttır. Bu nedenle etkin bir ERP sistemi kullanımı, bir ürün üretimi veya bir hizmetin sunulması sırasında oluşan maliyetleri belirleyerek, kesintisiz ve gerçek zamanlı maliyet hesaplaması ve kontrolü sağlar. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde maliyet muhasebesine ilişkin genel esaslar, kavramlar ve yöntemler hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, ERP yazılımına örnek olan SAP R/3 kullanılarak ilaç endüstrisinde oluşturulan bir maliyet sistemi incelenmiştir. İlk önce Toprak İlaç 'in mali organizasyon yapısı ve sistemde gerekli olan malzeme ana verileri ve muhasebe ana verileri, daha sonra ürün maliyetleme aşamaları incelenmiş ve anlatılmıştır. Çalışmanın son kısmında, faaliyet tabanlı maliyet sistemi incelenmiş ve iki sistemin karşılaştırılması sunulmuştur. XI

PRODUCT COSTING IN AN ERP SYSTEM AND A STUDY IN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY SUMMARY Keywords: ERP, SAP, product costing, activity based costing Production and company structures, which became more complex with the recent changes, with more challenging competition conditions forced companies to operate with more efficient work flow, a higher level of productivity and reduced operations costs. In order to be able to take the most appropriate decisions and to be more competitive, companies have to access the correct information on time. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) provides the required information system to the companies. An effective ERP system offers the combination of efficiency, flexibility and technology. Hence, enables the companies react to the changes in a rapid way. In today's firms, in order to make fast and most appropriate decisions, the financial and cost related data has to be upto date, correct and reliable. An ERP software, by identifying the costs during production or offering a service, provides continuous and real time cost calculation and control. In the first part of this study, general principles, concepts and methods of product costing are presented. In the second part, by using the SAP R/3, a product costing system in pharmaceutical industry is investigated. First, the financial organisation of Toprak Ilac is determined, and the master data required by the system are identified. Then, product costing steps are explained. In the last part of this study, the activity based costing system is explained and the two systems are compared to each other. XII
