İşletmelerde imalat değerlendirme sistemi ve bir uygulama

Abstract

ÖZET Anahtar Kelimeler: İmalat Sistemleri, Değerlendirme Modeli, İmalat Değerlendirme Günümüzde imalat işletmeleri yöneticilerinin en büyük problemi, işletmelerinin durumlarını görememeleridir. Bunun ana nedeni, yöneticilerin uzun sürelerce aynı işletmeyi yönetmeleridir. Bundan dolayı işletmelerinde bulunan problemleri görememektedirler. Bu problem çok sayıda firmada görülmektedir. Bu durum, işletmelerin geleceği için çok tehlikelidir. Bundan dolayı işletmeler etkin bir şekilde ilerleyememektedirler. Bu problemi ortadan kaldırmanın yolu, işletmelerin durumlarını doğru ve etkin bir şekilde analiz etmektir. Analiz faaliyetinde en önemli kriter objektif olmaktır. Bu çalışmada, bu analiz sistemi "değerlendirme" olarak isimlendirilmektedir. İşletmelerde yaşanan bu problemi ortadan kaldırmak için bir değerlendirme modeli geliştirilmiştir. İmalat işletmelerinde bu değerlendirme modelinin uygulanması ile, imalat işletmelerinin durumları ayrıntılı ve doğru bir şekilde görülebilmektedir. Bu değerlendirme modelinin bileşenleri vardır. Bu bileşenler; değerlendirme rehberi, puanlandırma sistemi, imalat sistemlerinin bileşenlerinin tanımlanması ve ana kriter puanlarının belirlenmesidir. İmalat işletmeleri ana kriter puanlarına göre değerlendirilmektedir. Bu değerlendirme modelinde bir imalat sistemi 10 ana sistemden oluşmaktadır. Her sistemin de alt sistemleri vardır. Değerlendirme modelinin- geliştirilmesinden sonra bu model, gaz ve su armatürleri üreten bir işletmede uygulanmıştır. Bu işletmede yapılan uygulamadan sonra değerlendirme modeli uygulama sonuçlan şirket yöneticilerine sunulmuştur. Geliştirilen bu değerlendirme modeli genel bir yapıya sahiptir. MANUFACTURING ASSESSMENT SYSTEM IN ENTERPRISES AND AN APPLICATION SUMMARY Key words: Manufacturing Systems, Assessment Model, Manufacturing Assessment Nowadays, the most important problem of manufacturing enterprise managers is they can't see their companies' situation. The main reason of this, is that they manage the same companies very long time. Because of that, they can't see problems in their companies. This problem is seen in lots of companies. This is very dangerous for the future of enterprises. Because of that, enterprises can't get better effectively. The way of destroying this problem is analyzing the companies' situation correctly and effectively. The most important criteria of analyze is being objective. In this study, This analyze system is named "assessment or check-up". For destroying of this problem, An assessment (check-up) model was developed. With applying of this assessment model in manufacturing enterprises, The situation of manufacturing enterprises can be seen in detail and correctly. This assessment model has some components. These components are assesment quidebook, pointing systems, determining components of manufacturing systems and determining main criteria points. Manufacturing componies are evaulated as the main criteria pointy. In this check-up model, A manufacturing system has 10 main systems. Each system has some subsystems. After developing the check-up model, this model was applied in a company that produces gas and water armatures. After application in this company, the results of assessment model application was presented the company managers. Developed this check-up model has a general structure.
