Mekatronik, çeşitli mühendislik disiplinleri arasında, sistematik bir çalışma sağlayarak amacına ulaşabilen bir mühendislik yaklaşımıdır. Özellikle, mekatronik teknoloji ve bu teknoloji ürünü makineler, özel ve iş yaşamımızda giderek çoğalmakta ve daha çok kullanılmaktadır. Bu teknoloji ürünlerinin arasında, mikrosistemler de yaygın olarak bulunmaktadır. İnsanların, konutlarda su tüketimindeki genel istekleri, sistemden istenilen zamanda sabit basınçta suyun sürekli elde edilebilmesidir. Dolayısıyla, sistem basıncı zamana ve debiye bağlı olmadan sabit kalmalıdır. İnsanların suyu kullanmasını sağlayan hidrofor sistemlerindeki pompalar ya tam hız çalışmaktadır ya da durmaktadır. Sürekli çalışma-durma söz konusu olduğundan basınç da yükselmekte ve düşmektedir. Geniş kullanım alanına sahip mikrosistemler ise bu basınç kaybını önlemekte, sistem basıncının sabit kalmasını sağlamaktadırlar. Bu tezde, mekatronik tabanlı bir hidrofor sistemi analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma içerisinde, mekatroniğin tarihçesine, mühendislikteki anlayışına ve mikrosistemler üzerindeki önemine değinilmiştir. Ayrıca, günümüze kadar yapılmış mekatronik uygulamalar ve mekatroniğin sağlamış olduğu avantajlar ortaya konulmuştur. Bu çalışmada, klasik hidrofor sistemleri ile mikrosistem destekli hidrofor sistemleri arasında kıyaslamalar yapılarak, bunlar hakkında detaylı bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Tasarlanmış mikrosistem, Proteus ISIS adı verilen elektronik bir programda çalıştırılarak sağladığı sonuçlar gösterilmiştir. Ayrıca, her iki hidrofor sistemi MATLAB programında modellenerek, sistemlerin simulasyonu yapılmıştır. Sistemlerden sağlanan sonuçların karşılaştırılmaları yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak mekatronik tabanlı hidrofor sisteminin sağladığı avantajlardan söz edilmiştir. XIII
ANALYSIS OF A MECHATRONIC BASED HYDROFOR SYSTEM SUMMARY Key words: Mechatronic, microsystems, hydrofor systems, PIC microcontroller. Mechatronic is an engineering approach that can reach its aim by a sistematic study, between different engineering diciplines. Especially, mechatronic technology and machines of this technology products, increase and are often used in our life. Also, microsystems are used often in this technology products. The requests of people about water consumption, in their residences, in desired time, to obtain water by constant pressure. So, system pressure must be constant, without depending on time and accumulation, hi hydrofor system that obtain to use water to people, the pumps work fastly or stop. Because of continuous working and stopping of the pumps, pressure increases or decreases. Microsystems that are widely used, prevent this pressure losses and obtain pressure to be constant. In this study, a mechatronic based hydrofor system was analysed. Historical of mechatronic, comprehension in engineering and importance on microsystem was mentioned. Also, mechatronic applications that were formed till in this time and advantages of mechatronic were explained. In this study also, classic hydrofor systems and microsystem supported hydrofor systems were compared and detailed about this system. Designed microsystem, was processed in an electronic program called Proteus ISIS. Also, these hydrofor systems were designed on MATLAB and simulated. Results that obtained from systems were compared. As a result, advantages of mechatronic based hydrofor system were explained. XIV
