Abstract

ÖZET Anahtar KelimelenCBS, KBS, Altyapı Bilgi Sistemleri, Kanalizasyon Bilgi Sistemi Bilgi çağının gereklerinden biri olan bilgisayarlar kamu kurumlarında kullanılmaya başlandığından beri yeni sistemler de kendini göstererek raflarda, dosyalarda bulunan tozlu bilgiler bilgisayar ortamlarına girilmekte olup kullanımları kolaylaşarak bilgiye doğru ve hızlı erişimi de peşinde getirmektedir. Bu yapıdan yola çıkarak tezin ana hattı, kamu kurumlarında bilgisayar teknolojilerinin kullanılması ve Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemlerinin benimsenmesi ve geliştirilmesidir. Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemi kavramı ve belediyelerde kullanımında altyapının konumsal ve özniteîik bilgilerinin sisteme aktarılması belediyede ki personelin kolay kullanımım sağlaması açısından program arayüzü, sorgulamalar, analizler ve işletim sistemi ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışma Adapazarı Büyükşehir Belediyesi'nde uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri ortamında kurumun işleyişi, bilişim teknolojilerinin olanakları kullanılarak sistemin düzgün, hızlı ve verimli çalışmasını sağlamaktır. ıx

ADAPAZARI CENTRE SEWERAGE INFO SYSTEM APPLICATION SUMMARY- Key words: GIS, CIS, Substructure information systems, sewerage information systems One of the very necessities of information era has brought forth the using of the computers in the public service systems and when the new software systems have shown themselves, the old and dusty data has been loaded to hardware systems and became easily reachable. From this point,the main theme of this thesis is the usage of computers in the public institutions and adopting and developing the GIS. Uploading the information of substructure on the system and easy usage of the civil servants has been taken up on the concept of GIS and its usage in the municipalities. This work has been applied to Adapazarı municipality. The purpose of this work is to attain the institutions working with the GIS and making the system work rapidly, orderly and productively.
