Doğal gazlı kombine çevrim santrallerinde korozyon

Abstract

ÖZET Anahtar Kelimeler : Korozyon,doğal gaz çevrim santrali,kazan,soğutma sistemi Bu çalışmada genel olarak korozyon ve etkilerine değinilmiştir, özel olarak ise bu sistemlerden doğal gaz çevrim santrallerinde korozyon ve etkileri ortaya konmuştur. Çalışmada doğal gaz çevrim santralleri ve çalışma sistemleri hakkında genel bir bilgi verilmiş olup; Ana soğutma suyu sistemi ile birlikte atık ısı kazan sisteminde meydana gelen korozyon ve etkileri incelenmiştir. İnceleme esnasında ana soğutma suyu sisteminden alınan su numunelerinde yapılan analizler ve atık ısı kazanından alınan boru numuneleri üzerinde yapılan metalografik incelemelerle meydana gelen korozyon ve oluşum sebepleri irdelenmiştir, inceleme sonrasında, sistemde oluşan korozyon ve etkileri ortaya konmuştur. Bu çalışmanın amacı sistemde meydana gelen korozyon olayının sebebini sistemi nasıl ve ne yönde etkilediğini ortaya koyarak korozyonun etkisini araştırmaktır.. xi

CORROSION İN NATURAL GAS COMBINE CYCLE POWER PLANTS SUMMARY Key Words : Corrosion,natural gas combine cycle power plant,boiler,cooler system In this study corrosion and its effects has been investigated. Especially corrosion is inspected as a fact and effects in natural gas combined cycle heat systems. Combined cycle natural gas power generation plants, what is it, how does it work is briefly explained, while corrosion in Main Cooling Water System and Heat Recovery Steam Generator is inspected. Inspection is done by means of taking water samples from main cooling water system and pipe samples from heat recovery steam generator. The formation of corrosion is investigated and effects of water in tubes are reported. The reason for this study is to put forth the reason, formation and the effects corrosion and to calculate the cost during operation. xn
