Tekstil ve boya fabrikası atıksuları içerisindeki boyar maddeleri geleneksel arıtım sistemleri ile gidermek mümkün değildir. Bu nedenle özellikle renk gideriminde alternatif arıtma sistemlerine ihtiyaç vardır. Bu çalışmada, biyosorpsiyon yöntemi ile tekstil endüstrisi atıksuyunda renk giderimi incelenmiştir. Biyosorbent olarak Phcmerochaele chrysosporium ölü biyokütlesi kullanılmıştır. Biyosorbent miktarı 9.6 g/l'dir. Biyosorbent, biyolojik arıtma tesisi çıkış atıksuyuna uygulanmıştır. Sonuçlar, ^=436, 525, 620 nm'lerde ölçülerek RES birimine dönüştürülmüştür. Biyosorpsiyon için denge anının 30 dakika olduğu gözlenmiştir. Renk biyosorpsiyonun Langmuir İzotermi'ne uyduğu görülmüştür. Renk biyosorpsiyonu arıtım kinetiği incelenmiş ve adsorpsiyon için geliştirilmiş Lagergren ve Weber-Morris eşitliklerinden yararlanılarak biyosorpsiyon hız sabitleri ve gözenek difüzyon hız sabitleri hesaplanmıştır. \=436 nm'de elde edilen sonuçlara göre adsorpsiyon hız sabiti k=0.156 dak"1, gözenek difüzyon sabiti k'=0.521 dak"1, X=525 nm'de elde edilen sonuçlara göre adsorpsiyon hız sabiti k=0.071 dak"', gözenek difüzyon sabiti k'=0.02I dak" A.=62ü nm'de elde edilen sonuçlara göre adsorpsiyon hız sabiti k=0.047 dak"1, gözenek difüzyon sabiti k1=0.015 dak" elde edilmiştir. REMOVAL OF COLOUR PROBLEM FROM TEXTILE WASTEWATERS BY BTOSORPTION METOD SUMMARY keywords: Textile Industry, colour, biosorption, Phanerochaele aysospor'mm Pollution which sources textile industry wastewater is seen a general problem by a lot of countries. It is impossible that pigment in textile and pigment industries wastewater remove with traditional treatment systems. Because of the fact that especially, alternative treatment systems are felt the need for color removal. In this study, removal of colour problem from textile wastewater by biosorption method has been investigated. Phanerochaele chrysosporium biomass has been used as biosorbent. Amount of biosorbent is 9.6 g/1. Biosorbent has been used in effluent of biological treatment system. Results have been measured at X= 436, 525, 620 nm and translated into RES unit. It has been observed that eqsilibrium is at 30 minutes for biosorption. Colour biosorption is suitable the Langmiur equation. Color biosorption purification kinetic has been investigated and biosorption rate constant and pore difusion rate constant have been calculated from Lagergren and Weber- Morris equations for developed adsorption. Biosorption rate constant and pore difusion rate constant were determined to be k=0.156 dak"1, k'=0.521 dak"1 according to results at A,=436 nm, and biosorption rate constant and pore difusion rate constant were determined to be k=0.071 dak"1, k1=0.021 dak"1 according to results at A,=525 nm, and biosorption rate constant and pore difusion rate constant were determined to be k=0.047 dak"1, k1==0.015 dak"1 according to results at A,=620nm.
