Kompresörlerde hız kontrol sistemlerinin sağladığı enerji tasarruffları

Abstract

ÖZET Anahtar Kelimeler : Hız kontrol sistemleri, kompresörler, enerji tasarrufu Enerji giderlerinin azaltılması araştırmalarının bir sonucu olarak hız kontrol sistemleri endüstride önemli oranlarda kullanıma geçmiştir.Bu çalışmada, hız kontrol sistemlerinin kompresörlere uygulanması sonucu gerçekleşen enerji kazancı ortaya konmuştur. Bu konuda Atlas Copco firması tarafından sağlanan kayıt cihazı kullanılarak klasik konvansiyonel kompresörlerin günlük çalışma grafikleri bir hafta süreyle çıkarılmıştır.Akabinde mevcut sisteme alternatif olarak hız kontrol sistemli değişken devirli kompresör kullanımı simüle edilerek her iki sistem enerji giderleri tespit edilmiştir.Bu çalışma ile değişken devirli kompresör kullanımının sağlayacağı tasarruf imkanları incelenmiştir. vm

ENERGY SAVING WITH USING SPEED CONTROL SYSTEMS IN COMPRESSORS SUMMARY Key Words : Speed control systems, Compresors, Energy Saving. Speed control systems have been being used with high ratios in Industry as the result of the investigations about the reduction of energy outcomes. At this Project, the profit of energy occured by the speed control systems to compressors was put forward. At this subject, by using registration device provided by the Atlas Copco company, daily working graphics were taken. Then as an alternative to the system which is exist variety cycled compressor manner was simulated and both outcomes of energy of the two systems were established. In this study, It's being examined energy saving with using variety cycled compressors. IX
