Yüksek dayanımlı beton için alternatif bir karışım kompozisyonu

Abstract

ÖZET Anahtar kelimeler : Yüksek dayanımlı beton, basınç dayanımı, numune boyutu Çok uzun yıllar boyunca beton karışımları üzerine çalışmalar yapılmış ve her geçen yıl daha yüksek basınç dayanımına sahip betonlar üretilmiştir. Günümüzde, dünyada yüksek dayanımlı betonlarla ilgili çalışmalar oldukça ilerlemiştir. Ülkemizde de bu tür çalışmalar hızla ilerlemektedir. Yüksek dayanımlı betonlar için her ülkede çeşitli çalışmalar yapılmakta ve değişik karışım kompozisyonları hazırlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada yüksek dayanımlı betonlarla ilgili bir karışım kompozisyonu hazırlamak için çeşitli deneyler yapılmıştır. Bunun için dört değişik katkı, iki farklı dozajda ve iki farklı çimento kullanılarak agrega miktarları sabit tutularak 24 ayrı karışıma sahip beton üretilmiştir. Her beton karışımından 10 adet 10x10 küp numune ve 2 adet 15x15 küp numune olmak üzere toplam 12 adet numune alınmıştır. Üretilen betonlar üzerinde birim ağırlık deneyi, çökme deneyi ve basınç dayanım deneyleri yapılmıştır. Bulunan basınç deneyi sonuçlarından, çimentoların ve akışkanlaştırıcıların beton basınç dayanımları üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir. Ayrıca numune boyutlarının basınç dayanımları üzerindeki etkileri ve farklı yaşlardaki betonların dayanım oranlan incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda basınç dayanımları incelenerek en yüksek dayanıma sahip beton karışımı ve bu karışımların içindeki malzemelerin özelliklerinin ve miktarlarının basınç dayanımlarına etkileri incelenmiştir. Ayrıca numune boyutlarının basınç dayanımlarına etkisi ve farklı yaşlardaki betonların basınç dayanım oranları bulunmuştur.

THE ALTERNATIVE MIXTURE DESIGN COMPOSITION FOR HIGH STRENGTH CONCRETE SUMMARY Key Words : The high strength concrete, the pressure strength, the model size The works have been made on the studies of concrete mixtures for many years and the more strength concrete has been produced every year. Nowadays, the works concerned the more strength concrete have been developed quitely. The same works have being also developed in our country. The kinds of works have being made in every country and different mixture designs have being prepared. In this study, the kind of many tests were made to the prepare a mixture design for high strength concrete. Therefore, twenty four concrete which owns different mixture, have been generated by using four different additions, two kind of ten cements which have different dosages. Totaly twelve samples which consist of the pieces cube samples as 10x10 and two pieces cube samples as 15x15, were taken from every the concrete mixture. The unit weight tests, the slump tests and the pressure strength tests were made on the generated concretes. The effects of cements and viscosity materials on the pressure strength of concrete from the result of the pressure test. The besides, the effects of the model sizes on the pressure strength of concrete, were examined and the concrete strengths which has different ages, were examined. End of this study, the concrete which has the wost pressure strength and the effects of this materials properties and quantities on the pressure strengths were examined by using pressure strengths exams. In addition, the effects of model size on the pressure strengths and the pressure strength proportions on the concretes which has different ages, were found. XI
