Otomotiv sektöründe çevre yönetim sistem uygulama örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı uluslar arası düzeyde kabul görmüş ve bütün çevresel konuları belirleyen, planlanmış, koordine edilmiş ve genel yönetim sisteminin bir parçası haline gelmiş ISO 14001 Çevre Yönetim Sistemi Standardının uygulama aşamalarını göstermektir. Bunu yaparken mevcut kaynaklardan yararlanılarak tanıtılmış ve otomotiv sektörüne ait bir uygulama örneği hazırlanmıştır. Ayrıca çalışmada kalite, çevre ve iş sağlığı güvenliği yönetim sistemlerinin birlikte uygulanmaları ve mümkün olan uygulamalarda entegre edilmelerine yönelik çalışmalar ve sistemlerin kesişen noktaları ortaya konmuştur. Bu sistemlerden kalite ve çevre belgesine sahip olan , İş sağlığı ve güvenliği yönetim sisteminin ise gerekliliklerini yerine getiren bir firmanın , kalite, çevre ve iş sağlığı güvenliği yönetim sistemlerini ve bu sistemlerin entegre olarak uygulanmasının faydalarını araştırmaktır.

The aim of this study is giving information about the implementation phases of planned and coordinated Quality Management System, ISO 9001 which identified all environmental issues, becomes a part of general administration system and is found acceptance in all over the world by profiting from existing sources and an application example belonging to automotive sector is presented. Moreover the studies about applying quality, environmental and occupational health safety management system together and integrating them into possible applications and also the intersections of the systems are demonstrated. Through these systems the quality, environmental and occupational health safety management systems of a firm which has quality and environmental certification and full fills the requirement of occupational health and safety management systems and the benefits of application of these system as integrated in the firm is investigated.
