Atölye tipi üretimde teslim tarihi verilmesi

Abstract

Üretimin müşteri siparişlerine dayandığı sistemlerde teslim tarihi verilmesi birincil öneme sahiptir. Özellikle el becerisinin yoğun olduğu çeşitli endüstri kollarında, ulaşılabilir teslim tarihlerinin verilebilmesi, rekabet açısından uzun dönemde şirketler için önemli bir avantaj oluşturur.Bu çalışmada; kapı-pencere üretimi yapan bir atölyede, müşteri siparişleri geldiği anda, güvenilir teslim tarihlerinin verilmesinin sağlanması için yeni bir sistem geliştirilerek önerilmiştir. Tez çalışması altı bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk dört bölümde atölye tipi üretim, üretim-proses planlama ve çizelgeleme, son iki bölümde de hazır doğrama prosesinde teslim tarihinin belirlemesi için geliştirilen yeni sistemin uygulanması, sonuçları ve önerileri yer almaktadır

Due-date given is a primary import when the system of production is based on customer orders. Especially, craftsmanship is intensive in a wide range of industries; giving attainable due-date in terms of competition for the companies in the long run provides an important competitive edge.In this study, suggest and development of new system for giving reliable due dates when the customer orders come in the ready-make door and window workshop. In this thesis consists of six chapters. The general attainments was included of workshop-type production, production- process planning and scheduling in the first four chapters, the last two chapters, practice, results and suggestion about due date determination with new system in ready make joinery process
