Yalın üretim sisteminin otomotiv sektöründe uygulaması

Abstract

Bu sistem 1970'li yıllarda yaşanan ekonomik durgunluk ve petrol krizi dönemine kadar dünya otomotiv sanayinin gerçek anlamda dikkatini çekmemiştir. Ancak zaman içerisinde bu teknikler yalın felsefeyi doğurmuş, bu felsefe de, otomotiv sektöründen dışa açılarak elektronik ve beyaz eşya sanayisine, tekstil sanayisinden, plastik ve metal işlemeye, tarım ve hayvancılık sektöründen, hizmet sektörüne üretimin olduğu her alanda kabul görmüştür.Çalışmanın ilk üç bölümünde yalın tarihi, yalın kavramları ve tanımları, yalın düşünce, yalın üretim teknikleri farklı bakış açılarıyla tanımlanmış ve açıklanmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde treyler fabrikasında yapılan uygulama anlatılmıştır. Çalışmanın son bölümü yalın uygulamasının sonuçlarını göstermektedir.

Key words: Lean, lean manufacturing, Kanban, 5S, KaizenNear the 1950?s, The Lean Production System that developed by Toyota Motor Company in Japan, is the system that was come into being as a consequences of searching that aims for the production, in the shortest time, with the minimum resources, the cheapest and faultless production compatible with consumer?s request with the least cost. This system did not attract attention of the World Automotive Industry until the economic stagnation and petrol crisis in 1970. However, in the course of time these techniques gave birth to lean philosophy, and this philosophy opened out from auto industry and accepted in all sectors spreading electronic and household goods, textile industry, plastic and metal processing, agriculture and stock-breeding, service sector and many others.In first three section of this study, lean history, lean concepts and definitions, lean thinking, lean manufacturing techniques are defined and explained in terms of different aspects. The fourth section narrates the application to the trailer factory. The last section of the study shows conclusion of lean implementation.
