TDY 2007 ile eurocode 8’ in betonarme binalarda maliyet açısından karşılatırılması

Abstract

Master tezi olarak sunulan bu çalışmada, 2007 Türk Deprem Yönetmeliği ile Eurocode 8' in tasarım kuralları incelenmiş ve iki yönetmelik betonarme bir binanın 3 katlı ve 5 katlı olarak analiz sonuçlarına göre maliyet açısından karşılaştırılmıştır.Altı bölümden oluşan çalışmanın ilk bölümü, genel bir giriş niteliğindedir ve tezin konusu ile ilgili temel bilgiler verilmiştir.İkinci bölümde, Eurocode 8 ve Türk Deprem Yönetmeliği'nde depreme dayanıklı tasarım için genel ilke ve kurallar incelenmiştir. Ana başlık olarak, performans ilkeleri, tasarımda alınacak belirli önlemler, zemin koşulları, deprem etkisi, önem sınıfları ve önem faktörleri konuları açıklanmıştır.Üçüncü bölümde, yapısal sistemin depreme dayanıklı olarak dizaynı için genel kurallara değinilmiştir. Yapısal düzensizlik çeşitleri incelenmiş, modelleme ve analiz için hesap yöntemleri anlatılmıştır.Dördüncü bölümde, betonarme yapılar için özel tasarım kuralları açıklanmıştır. Burada süneklik düzeyi yüksek betonarme elemanların tasarım kuralları her iki yönetmelik için ayrı ayrı incelenmiştir.Beşinci bölümde, iki yönetmelik için, 3 katlı ve 5 katlı betonarme bir konut yapısının Sta4-Cad bilgisayar programı kullanılarak analizi yapılmıştır ve sonuçlar maliyet açısından değerlendirilmiştir.Altıncı ve son bölümde, iki yönetmelik hesap sonuçlarından elde edilen maliyet değerlerine göre karşılaştırılmış ve sonuç olarak öneriler sunulmuştur.

In this Master?s thesis 2007 Turkish Earthquake Codes and Eurocode 8?s design rules are examined and these two codes are compared with each other in terms of cost according to the results of a three and five storey concrete building.This document consists of six chapters. Chapter one is the introduction part and the aim of this work and basic information is given.In the second chapter, general principles and rules for the design of earthquake resistant buildings using both Eurocode 8 and Turkish Earthquake Codes are examined. The topics explained as headlines here are; principles of performance, spesific precautions in design procedure, ground conditions, the effect of earthquake, classes and factors of importance.In the third chapter, general rules for the design of earthquake resistant structural systems are mentioned. The types of structural irregularity are mentioned and calculation methods for modelling and analyzing is told.In the fourth chapter, special design rules for concrete buildings are examined. The rules for high ductility elements are examined seperately for both regulations.In the fifth chapter, the structure of a three and five storey concrete building?s analysis is made by using Sta4-Cad computer programme and the results are evaluated in terms of cost.In the sixth and last chapter, the costs calculated for both codes are compared and as a result suggestions are presented.
