Yapılarda su geçirimliliği ve yalıtım teknolojisi

Abstract

Anahtar Kelimeler:Yalıtım, İzolasyon, Korozyon, NemBu çalışmada, betonarme yapılardaki su geçirimliliği; nedenleri, uygulama yöntemleri ve detayları ele alınmış yalıtım teknolojileri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.Suyu yapıdan güvenle uzaklaştırmak ve yeterli su sızdırmazlık sağlamak için üretilmiş çok çeşitli malzemeler üretilmiştir. Bu malzemelerin yapısal özelliklerine göre de su yalıtımında kullanılma şekilleri farklılıklar göstermektedir. Çalışmada önce yapılara etki eden su türleri ve suyun yapıya geliş yolları anlatılmıştır. Suyun yapıdaki fiziksel ve kimyasal etkileri genel olarak ele alınmıştır. Yer altı ve yerüstünde kalan yapı elemanlarının su izolasyonu yöntemleri ve izolasyon malzemeleriSuyun yapılar üzerindeki etkisi bina ömrü ve güvenliğiyle ilgilidir. Etkili ve uzun ömürlü bir su izolasyonunun nasıl olması gerektiği sonuç kısmında anlatılmıştır. Ayrıca ülkemizdeki su izolasyonu ile ilgili eksikliklerin giderilmesi hakkında önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
