İnternetin hayatımıza girmesi köklü değişiklikleri de beraberinde getirmiştir. Bu değişikliklerden biri de alışılagelmiş alışveriş yöntemlerinin, yerini online alışverişlere bırakmaya başlamasıdır. Online kıyafet alışverişlerinin dezavantajlarından biri, müşteriye kıyafetleri deneme imkanı sunulmamasıdır. Bu çalışmada, sanal kıyafet deneme imkanı ile online alışverişlere katkı sağlamak ve mağaza alışverişlerinde zaman kaybını önlemek amaçlanmıştır. Uygulamada rastgele hareketler yapan bir kullanıcının, sanal ayna önünde kıyafet deneyebildiği bir sistem tasarlanmıştır. Bu sistem için gerçek zamanlı görüntü işleme ve sanal gerçeklik teknolojilerinden yararlanılmıştır. Kıyafetler, ekrandaki kıyafet listesinden kullanıcının el hareketleri ile seçilir. Ardından kullanıcı seçtiği sanal kıyafeti üzerindeymiş gibi görür. Eğer kullanıcı kıyafetin değişik renklerini denemek isterse, ekrandaki renk listesinden el hareketleri ile renk seçebilir. Kişi ve sanal ayna hareketlerinin senkronize olması için kıyafet veri tabanı kullanılmıştır. Gerçekçiliği artırmak için, sistem kullanıcı hareketlerini izler ve farklı duruşlar için kıyafetin veri tabanındaki farklı duruştaki resimleri ile mevcut görüntüyü günceller. Bu çalışmada, kişi ve kullanıcı hareketlerini algılamak, kıyafeti kullanıcıya göre boyutlandırmak ve kıyafeti uygun koordinatlara yerleştirmek için Kinect sensöründen yararlanılmıştır. Yapılan uygulama gerçekçi bir izlenim oluşturmuş ve çalışma esnasında sistem gecikmesi gözlenmemiştir. Zaman zaman kişi hareketleri ve sanal kıyafet arasında senkronizasyon bozuklukları olabilmektedir. Bu durumu önlemek için kıyafet veri tabanı genişletilmelidir. Uygulama Kinect desteklidir ve kullanıcının bu sistemi kullanabilmesi için ortamda Kinect cihazı bulunması gerekmektedir. Standart kamera kullanımı ile bu sistemin tasarlanması, sistemin daha çok kişiye hitap etmesine olanak sağlar.
With the introduction of the internet into our lives has brought fundamental changes. One of these changes is online shopping has began to replace conventional shopping methods. One of the disadvantage of online shopping methods is that customers can not be offered the opportunity to try clothes. In this thesis, it is aimed to contribute to online shopping and to reduce the loss of time in the store shopping with the opportunity to try virtual garments. The study proposes a real time image proccessing approach for virtual clothes try on where an user acts in front of a virtual mirror. The clothes are selected from a list on a screen by the user's hand motions. Afterwards a virtual illution occurs and the user sees him/herself on the mirror wearing the selected virtual clothes. If the user wants to see different color of the garment, he/she can select a color from the color list which left side on the monitor. To create a more realistic effect, the system takes into account different poses of the clothes according to different human motions. Also it was created a database for adopting all motions between the virtual clothes and the humanbeing. In this study it is benefitted from the Microsoft Kinect SDK (Software Development Kit) in order to follow the user's motion, resize the garment for user size and put on the clothes suitable coordinate. The system works accurately, including the user fitting garment-resizing feature. Sometimes it works intermittently; to avoid this, more posed-clothing images can be uploaded to the database. In addition, the system uses Kinect; therefore, in order to use this system the user must have Kinect. As a means to increase the program functionality, making it more useful to a greater number of users, using a standard camera to record skeleton joint images is being considered, in place of Kinect.
