Varyant konfigürasyon yönetimi ve SAP uygulaması

Abstract

Günümüzde artan küreselleşme ve rekabet koşullarıyla birlikte işletmeler değişkenlik gösteren müşteri taleplerine daha hızlı cevap vermek zorunda kalmaktadır. Müşteri taleplerinin değişkenliği işletmelerin kompleks bir ürün yelpazesi oluşturmasına neden olmaktadır. Bu nedenle işletmelerin sipariş, tasarım, üretim ve satış sonrası süreçlerinin yönetilmesi zorlaşmaktadır. Özellikle otomotiv gibi ana üretim sanayi sektörlerinde firmalar rekabetçi ortamda ayakta kalmak ve sürdürülebilir bir üretim ve karlılık elde etmek için değişkenlik gösteren müşteri talep ve istekleri karşısında esnek bir satış, tasarım ve üretim ortamına ihtiyaç duymaktadır. Bu nedenle işletmeler kullandıkları bilgisayar destekli (CAD-ERP vb.) yazılımları müşteri taleplerine hızlı cevap verebilecek bir yapıya uygun bir hale getirmek zorunda kalmaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasında kompleks ürün çeşitliliğine sahip olan işletmelerin müşteri taleplerine daha hızlı cevap verebilecekleri ve ürün yapılarını daha kolay yönetebilecekleri, böylelikle gereksiz stok ve hatalı üretimleri en aza indirecekleri bir ERP yazılımı modülü olan Varyant Konfigürasyon modülü incelenmektedir. Çalışmada öncelikle SAP Varyant Konfigürasyon modülünün ne olduğu, genel yapısı ve SAP' nin diğer modülleriyle olan ilişkileri anlatılmaktadır. Daha sonraki bölümlerde SAP varyant konfigürasyon uygulama adımları ve otomotiv üretim sektöründe varyant konfigürasyon yapısı ve otomotiv tasarım ve üretim yapısıyla olan ilişkisi anlatılmaktadır. Tez çalışmasının son bölümünde ise askeri ve ticari araç üretimi yapan bir otomotiv firmasında SAP varyant konfigürasyon uygulama adımları anlatılmakta ve sonuçları değerlendirilmektedir. Çalışma sonucunda özellikle otomotiv gibi kompleks üretim ve ürün yapısına sahip işletmelerde varyant konfigürasyon uygulamasının uygun bir çözüm olduğu görülmektedir.

Nowadays, with the increasing globalization and competitive conditions, the businesses are forced to respond more quickly to customer demand variability. Variability of customer demand to create businesses has led to a complex range of products. Therefore, the order of business, design, production and after-sales processes are difficult to manage. Especially, in the industrial production sectors such as automotive to keep up in a competitive environment and to achieve sustainable production and profitability in the face of varying customer demands and requests a flexible sales, design and production environment are needed. Therefore, businesses that use computer-aided (CAD-ERP, etc.) software that can respond quickly to customer demands make it difficult to stay in a structure that is appropriate. In this thesis it is explained and examined that the businesses having complex product variety will able to respond more quickly to the customer demands and able to manage product structure more easily and so they can control unnecessary inventory and minimize the production faults with their ERP software module, Variant Configuration. In the first part of the study, it is described what is variant configuration, the general structure of variant configuration and SAP's relationship with other modules. In the later part of the implementation of the SAP variant configuration steps and configuration variants in the automotive manufacturing industry and automotive design and production structure describes the relationship. In the last part of the thesis, a military and commercial vehicle company engaged in the production of automotive applications in the SAP variant configuration steps described in the application and the results are evaluated. In studies such as the automotive businesses with complex production and product structure in the variant configuration application seems to be an appropriate solution.
