Araştırmada kullanılan PHPERS BLACK CT içeriğinde (Buffer The Asidi, Degapers Mikro, Polyclear Sr, Sudkostik) gibi dispers boya karışımı koyu siyah renge sahip numune, Akyazı'da yer alan tekstil endüstrisi boyama prosesi ardından yıkama yapılmadan boya tankından direkt olarak alınarak fenton ve peroksielektrokoagülasyon metoduyla arıtımı araştırılmıştır. Deneysel çalışmalar sonucunda elde edilen verilere göre fenton oksidasyon metodu için Fenton oksidasyonu prosesi optimum pH=3'te %86,28 KOİ ve renk RES436=% 98,96,RES525=%99,36, RES620=%99,76H2O2 dozu 5g/L belirlenerek renk RES 436=% 98,15, RES525=%98,8,RES620=%99,25 ve %86,28 KOİ giderimi yapılmıştır. 3 g/L Fe2+ iyon konsantrasyonu tercih edilerek renk RES436=% 99,34, RES525=% 99,60, RES 620=% 99,83 ve %87,65 KOİ giderimi, süre RES 436=% 99,40, RES 525=% 99.63, RES 620=% 99,84120 dk'ta RES 436=% 99,51 ve % 87,79 KOİ bulunarak rapor edilmiştir. Peroksielektrokoagülasyon metodunda optimum pH=3'te%82,16 KOİ ve renk RES436=% 98,96, RES525=% 99,36, RES620=% 99,75 giderimi, Hidrojen peroksit dozu ise 5 g/L belirlenmiştir.5g/L H2O2'te renk RES436=% 98,96, RES525=% 99,36,RES620=% 99,75 ve % 82,16 KOİ giderim verimi elde edilmiştir. Akım yoğunluğu ise 0,08 mA/cm2 tercih edilmesini daha yüksek amperlerde verim değeri çok az artmaktadır. Akım yoğunluğu 0,08 mA/cm2 'te renk RES436=% 99,51, RES525=% 99,6, RES620=% 99,78 ve % 86,55 KOİ değeri, süre 30 dk'ta renk RES436=% 99,28, RES525=% 99,34, RES620=% 99,58 ve % 84,9 KOİ giderim verimi değerleri bulunmuştur.

The dark black colored sample containing dispersed dye mixture (Buffer Acid, Degapers Micro, Code: 3s001- Polyclear Sr, Sudkostik) in the content of PHPERS BLACK CT used in the research was taken directly from the dye tank without washing after textile industry dyeing process in Akyazı and removal efficiency of fenton and peroxyelectrocoagulation method researched. In the peroxy-electrocoagulation method, optimum pH = 3, 82.16% COD and color RES436 = 98.96%, RES525 = 99.36%, RES620 = 99.75% removal, Hydrogen peroxide dose was determined to 5 g / L Color RES436 = 98.96%, RES525 = 99.36%, RES620 = 99.75% and 82.16% COD removal efficiency were obtained at .5g / LH 2 O 2. In this study treatment of textile wastewater dyeing fabric in Akyazı by fenton and peroxi-electrocoagulation method was investigated. According to experimental results, the optimum conditions have been found as 3 g/L of ferrous ions concentration, 5 g/L of H2O2 concentration, pH 3 and 60 min. of reaction time for Fenton process. After 60 min time, (wavelenght of 436 nm, 525nm, 620 nm ) % 98,96, % 99,36, % 99,76 for RES respectively. The COD removal efficiency has been calculated as % 86,28. The optimum conditions have been found I=0,08A, 5 g/L H2O2 concentration, pH 3 and 90 min of reaction time for peroxi-electrocoagulation process. After 90 min time, (wavelenght of 436 nm, 525nm, 620 nm) % 99,61,% 99,76, % 99,83 for RES respectively. The COD removal efficiency has been calculated as % 89,44.
