Androstendion bileşiğinin aspergillus wentii küfü ile biyotransformasyonu

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Aspergillus wentii MRC 200316 küfü ile androstendion bileşiğinin beş gün süren biyotransformasyonları gerçekleştirildi. A. wentii MRC 200316 ile androstendion bileşiğinin inkübasyonundan sadece 6β-hidroksiandrostendion ve 14α-hidroksiandrostendion metabolitleri elde edildi. Metabolitlerin yapı tayinleri, başlangıç maddesi ile metabolitlerin erime noktaları, NMR ve IR spektrumları karşılaştırılarak gerçekleştirildi.

In this work, androstenedione was incubated by Aspergillus wentii MRC 200316 for 5 days. Incubation of androstenedione with A. wentii MRC 200316 only afforded 6β- hydroxyandrostenedione and 14α-hydroxyandrostenedione. The structures of the metabolites were revealed by comparing melting points, NMR and IR spectra of the starting material with those of metabolites.
