Bilgi sürecinde modern bilincin mahremiyeti ifşası

Abstract

Akıl, bilgi, modern bilgi, özel alanlar, mahremiyet, mahremiyetin ifşası. Bu çalışmada modern bilginin oluşumuna dayanak olan temel felsefı-teorik tartışmalara değinilerek, temelde bir açıklama çabası olan bu bilginin nasıl bir "anlamlandırma" projesine dönüştüğü gösterilmeye çalışılmıştır. Özellikle aydınlanma sonrasında oluşan ve aklı anlamanın tek aracı olarak gören rasyonel ve pozitivist anlayışın bilgiyi salt görünür olanla sınırlandırdığını çağdaş düşünürlerin görüşlerinden hareketle tartışılmaya çalışılmış ve bu tarz bir yaklaşımın varabileceği sonuçlara dikkat çekilmiştir. Modern bilginin gelişim sürecinde hep toplum eksenli bir çizgi de seyretmesine rağmen toplumun sahip olduğu değer bağlamını yer yer ihmal ettiğine değinilerek bir toplumsal değer olan mahremiyetin yine toplumsal yapının belirlediği bir bilgiye konu olmasının sorunları üzerinde durulmuştur. Konuyla ilgili olarak Fransız düşünür M. Foucault'nun görüşleri örnek olarak gösterilmiş ancak Foucault'tan farklı bir eksende, tezdeki temel argümanımız olan bir üst bilginin imkanı ekseninde, konu tartışılmıştır. Kısaca modern bilginin kendine konu edindiği alanları asıl bağlamından koparıp kendi perspektifine dahil etmek için dönüştürdüğü kimi zaman da bu konulan daralttığı savunulmuştur. Bu bağlamda modern bilginin kendine konu edindiği mahrem alanların mahremiyetlerini ve asıl işlevlerini kaybettikleri, kamusal alana dahil oldukları görülmüştür.

ABSTRACT Key words: ratio, knowledge, modem knowledge, personal (private) spaces, intimacy, divulgation of intimacy In this study, by refering to basic of theoritical philosophical discussions that support the establishment of modern knowledge, it was tried to be shown how this knowledge which was basicly an effort of explanation is converted to a project of "making meaningful". Especially, the rationalist and positivist approaches, which was developed after enlightenment that accepts ratio as the only criterion of any inteligent activities, were discussed based on the ideas of modern philosophers who restrict knowledge with only things that been seen, and possible results of this kind of approach where pointed out. Problems of intimacy as beeing a value of society and for becoming a subject of the knowledge which was determined by the society were discussed by refering to random ignorings of the values of society even though modern knowledge followed a way of sociel approaches. The ideas of M. Foucault, a French philosopher, were given as examples of this subject, but as a different way from Foucault, acccording to possibility an upper situated knowledge which is our main argue in this study, was discussed. Shortly, it was argued that modem knowledge caused deviations in the areas which were subject of it and converted them to take in its own understandings. At this stage, it was conculeded that private areas which were the subject of modem knowledge lost their privacy and their real functions, become public. Vll
