Küreselleşme sürecine Türkiye’deki sağ siyasi partilerin uyumu: AK Parti ve MHP örnekleri

Abstract

Türkiye'de özellikle son yıllarda siyasi ve akademik birçok tartışma alanında küreselleşmenin önemli ve sık değinilen bir kavram ve süreç olmasından yola çıkarak, çalışmanın temel konusu; küreselleşmenin Türkiye'deki sağ siyasi partilere etkileri olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu bağlamda, Türkiye'deki sağ siyasi partilerin 1980'lerden sonra küreselleşme ile birlikte yaşadıkları ya da tam olarak yaşayamadıkları dönüşüm sürecinin küresel siyasi sistemle uyumlu olup olmama durumunun değerlendirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Çalışmanın Türkiye'nin sağ siyaseti temsil eden, seçim barajını (%10) geçerek mecliste yer alan ve birçok açıdan benzer tabana sahip iki siyasi partisi olan Ak Parti ve MHP örnekleri üzerinden yapılmasıyla, bu iki partinin küresel siyasi sistemle uyum süreçlerinin, siyasi partilerin tabanları ile olan uyum süreçlerinin birbirlerini yansıtıp yansıtmadıklarının görülmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bu minvalde küresel siyasi sisteme uyum sürecinin ve siyasi partilerin başarılarına yansıyıp yansımamasının siyasi partilerin başarısı ile ilişkisine yönelik öngörülerde bulunulması mümkün olmuştur. Bu kapsamda nitel ve nicel araştırma yöntemlerinin bir arada (karma yöntem) kullanıldığı bir çalışma yapılmıştır. Her iki partinin tabanına yönelik olarak toplam on dört ilde anket çalışması yapılırken, partileri temsil noktasındaki kişiler ile de aynı doğrultuda yapılandırılmış mülakat çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Böylece küresel siyasi sistemle uyumlu politikalar takip eden siyasi partilerin hem parti tabanları ile daha doğrusal politikalar takip ettikleri hem de genel siyasi süreç ve politikalarda daha başarılı oldukları görülmüştür.

The main subject of study is defined as the effects of globalization on the right political parties of Turkey through many political academic and discussion areas and the process of globalization that is a concept called the most important and frequently in Turkey, especially in recent years. Accordingly, this study aims to assess whether conformed or not with the global political system in the transformation process of right parties undergo or not after 1980s with the globalization. The other aim is to make clear whether processes carried on in harmony with each other political parties' bases, representing the electoral threshold (10%) through the parliament, and the two have almost the same political party, having same bases, the JDP and the NMP with the global political system processes. By the aim of the study it is feasible to make predictions upon the relationships and also about success of parties whether reflected on or not in the process of conforming of parties with global politic system. In this study, a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods (mixed method) was used in a study. Serveys were conducted with base staffs both these two parties in 14 cities and also interviews were carried out in the same direction with the management team. As a result, political parties which follow spolicies in accordance with the global political system and also with more linear policies with their base staffs, come out as more succesfull.
