Yoğun rekabetin yaşandığı günümüz hizmet sektöründe işletmeler, tüketiciye ulaşabilmek ve onları işletmede tutabilmek için değişen tüketici davranışlarını anlamaya çalışmaktadır. Tüketicilerin satın alma sonrası değerlendirmeleri, onların davranışsal niyetlerini belirlediği için tüketicilerin gelecekteki davranışsal yönelimlerinin tahmini işletmeler için önem arz eden konuların başında gelmektedir. Bu doğrultuda gerçekleştirilen literatür taraması sonucu tüketici davranışlarının şekillenmesine etki eden yapıların (hizmet kalitesi, algılanan değer ve müşteri memnuniyeti) yer aldığı model temel alınarak, bu değişkenler ile davranışsal niyetler arasındaki nedensel ilişkilerin belirlenmesi ve ilgilenim değişkeninin söz konusu modeldeki nedensel ilişkilere olan etkisi araştırılarak modelin geliştirilmesi bu araştırmanın temel amacını oluşturmaktadır. Gerçekleştirilen odak grup görüşmesiyle spor-fitness tüketicilerinin kalite algılarına etki eden faktörler belirlenerek araştırma amacına uygun verilerin elde edilebilmesi için bir anket formu oluşturulmuştur. Kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenen sekiz spor-fitness merkezine anket uygulaması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Verilerin analizi noktasında tanımlayıcı istatistiklarin yanı sıra modelin geçerlilik ve güvenilirliğini sınamak adına kaşfedici ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Önerilen modelin yapısal geçerliliğinin sınanması için yapısal eşitlik modellemesi (YEM) tekniği kullanılmıştır. Analizler sonucu ilgilenim değişkeninin modelde yer alan diğer değişkenler ile olan ilişkileri genel itibari ile çok düşük seviyede ve anlamsız bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, düşük ve yüksek ilgilenime sahip tüketicilerin ayrı gruplar olarak incelendiği model sonucunda her iki grup için; hizmet kalitesi, algılanan değer ve müşteri memnuniyeti değişkenlerinin davranışsal niyetlerin %83'ünü açıkladığı (R2=83) görülmektedir. Bulgular ışığında, spor-fitness hizmetlerine ilişkin hizmet kalitesi ve/veya algılanan değerin, müşteri memnuniyeti aracılığı ile tüketicilerin geleceğe yönelik satın alma niyetlerini etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Businesses have been struggling to figure out ever-changing consumer behaviors so as to access to consumers and keep them in business in today's service industry in which intense competition occurs. Since post-purchasing evaluations of consumers determine their behavioral intentions, prediction for future behavioral orientation of consumers has been the primary matters for businesses. Accordingly, after carrying out literature review, based on the model in which structures affecting to form consumer behaviors (service quality, perceived value and customer satisfaction), determining the relationship between these values and casual relationships among behavioral intentions and building the model by examining the effect of involvement variable on casual relationships in that model constructs the main purpose of the study. A survey form was done to obtain data in accordance with the purpose of the study by determining factors affecting towards quality perceptions of sport-fitness consumers through with focus group interview. A survey form was done for 8 sport-fitness centers determined via convenience sampling method. In addition to the descriptive analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were utilized to test validity and reliability of the model. Structural equation modeling (SEM) technique was used to test structural equation of the proposed model. After the analysis, involvement variable was found to have very low level of relationships with other variables in the model in general and found to be insignificant. Besides, at the end of the model in which consumers, who have low and high level of involvement, were examined as separate groups, it was seen that variables for service quality, perceived value and customer satisfaction explained the 83 per cent (R2=83) of behavioral intentions for both groups. In the light of the findings, it was concluded that service quality and/or perceived value for sport-fitness services effect prudential purchasing intentions of consumers through costumer satisfaction.
