Beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin ölçme değerlendirmeye ilişkin tutum ve yeterliklerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada; beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin derslerinde kullandıkları ölçme değerlendirme süreçlerine ilişkin tutumlarının ve ölçme değerlendirme yeterliklerinin betimlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bunun yanında tutum ve yeterlikler üzerinde etkili olabileceği düşünülen cinsiyet, görev yapılan okul türü, hizmet yılı, görev yapılan okulun konumu ve eğitim düzeyi değişkenlerinin etkileri incelenmiştir. Araştırmada nicel ve nitel yöntemlerin bir arada uygulandığı karma yöntem araştırması kullanılmıştır. Araştırman verileri araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen ''Kişisel Bilgi Formu'', ''Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretmenleri İçin Ölçme Değerlendirmeye İlişkin Tutum Ölçeği'', ''Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretmenlerinin Ölçme Değerlendirme Yeterliklerini Belirleme Ölçeği'' ve ''Yarı Yapılandırılmış Görüşme Formu'' ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın nicel boyutu 640, nitel boyutu ise 20 beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni ile yürütülmüştür. Nicel verilerin analizinde Frekans, Yüzde, Ağırlıklı Ortalama, Standart Sapma, t-test, Tukey Testi ve Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi teknikleri, nitel verilerin analizinde ise içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin ölçme değerlendirmeye ilişkin tutumları genel olarak olumlu yönde olup, cinsiyetleri, hizmet yılları, görev yaptıkları okul konumları, görev yaptıkları okul türü ve eğitim düzeyi etkili bir değişken değildir. Öğretmenlerin ölçme değerlendirme yeterlikleri genel olarak yeterli düzeyde olup, yeterlikleri üzerinde cinsiyetleri, görev yaptıkları okul türü, görev yaptıkları okul konumu ve eğitim düzeyleri etkili birer değişken değilken hizmet yılları etkili bir değişkendir. Öğretmenlerin ölçme değerlendirmeye ilişkin tutumları ile yeterlikleri arasında pozitif yönde yüksek düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki vardır.

The purpose of this study was to determine the attitudes and qualifications of the physical education and sports teachers on the measurement and evaluation processes they use in their lessons. In addition, different variables (the effects of gender, type of school, year of service, school position and level of education) that are thought to be effective on their attitudes and qualifications were examined. In addition to the personal information form and Semi-structured Interview Form, the research data were collected using "Attitude Scale Related to Measurement and Assessment for Physical Education and Sports Teachers" and "The Scale of Determine the Measurement and Evaluation Qualifications of Physical Education and Sports Teachers" developed by the researcher. While Six-hundred and forty physical education and sports teachers participated to the quantitative dimension,participated twenty physical education and sports teachers to the qualitative dimension of the research. Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, independent samples t-test, One-way ANOVA and Tukey Post-Hoc test techniques were used in the analysis of quantitative data and content analysis was used in the analysis of qualitative data. According to the findings, it was determinedthat physical education and sports teachers had a positive attitudes towards measurement and evaluation. Moreover, gender, experience, the location of the school, the type of school, and the level of education were not determined as to be effective on the attitudes related to measurement and evaluation. Physical education and sports teachers' measurement and evaluation qualifications have been found to be generally adequate. Furthermore, gender, type of school, location of school, and level of education were not found to be effective on the qualifications of physical education and sports teachers, whereas the years of service were determined to be effective. As a result, high level and positive significant relationship between qualifications and attitudes related to measurement and evaluation of physical education and sports teachers were determined.
