ÖZET Anahtar Kelimeler: Cam elyaf takviyeli plastik, CTP, cam elyaf, polyester, elyaf takviyesi, sürekli elyaf sarım metodu, CTP Boru Cam elyaf takviyeli plastik boruların üretimi ve kullanımı konusunda çok farklı teknikler benimsenmektedir. Farklılıklar olmakla beraber, tüm üretim ve kullanım amaçları; uzun ömürlü, yüksek mukavemetli ve çevreye duyarlı bir malzeme kullanımında birleşmektedir. Sürekli elyaf sarım metodu cam elyaf takviyeli plastik üretim tekniklerinden biridir. Bu metod ile üretilen boruların kısa ve uzun dönemli performanslarının incelenmesi, karakterizasyon açısından önem taşımaktadır. Bu araştırmada, birinci bölümde konunun önemi ve literatürde yapılan çalışmalar, ikinci bölümde cam elyaf takviyeli plastik boruların üretim teknikleri, üçüncü bölümde cam elyaf takviyeli plastik üretiminde kullanılan hammaddeler hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde, yapılan deneysel çalışmalar açıklanmıştır. CTP borulara uygulanan fiziksel ölçümler, mekanik deneyler ve uzun dönemdeki davranışı belirlemek için uygulanan uzun dönem testleri bu bölümde anlatılmıştır. Deneysel çalışmalar esnasında 55 farklı tip kompozit kompozisyonu ile çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmaların sonucunda cam elyaf takviyeli plastik boru üretimi için uygun parametreler önerilmiş ve bazı tespitler aktarılmıştır.

Although there are some differences, all aims for production and utilisation are focused at usage a material that has long-life, high strength and sensitivity for environment. Continuous filament winding method is one of the glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe production techniques. Investigation of short- and long-term performances the GRP pipes produced by this method has a great importance for characterization. In this study, at chapter 1, the informations about importance of the subject and studies in literature were given. At chapter 2, production techniques of GRP pipes; at chapter 3, raw materials used for production were considered. At chapter 4, all experimental studies were explained. Physical measurements and mechanical tests for GRP pipes, long term tests applied for determination of behaviours at long term period were explained in this chapter. 55 different types of composite compositon were used during experimental studies. As the result of all studies, optimal parameters were suggested for GRP pipe production and some determinations were given. XXVI
