Altın, palladyum ve bakırın modifiye silika jel ile zenginleştime şartlarının araştırılması

Abstract

Zenginleştirme, silika jel, modifikasyon, altın, palladyum, bakır, atomik absorpsiyon spektrometresi Bu çalışmada 3-(2-aminoetilamino)propil ve 3-[2(2-aminoetilamino)etilamino]propil bağlı silika jeller sentezlendi. Modiye edilen silika jeller FT-ER ve elementel analiz ile karakterize edildi. Bu modifıye silika jeller ile altın (III), palladyum (II) ve bakır (II) iyonlarının zenginleştirilmesi kolon yöntemi ile incelendi. Çözeltinin pH sı, hacmi, akış hızı, matriks bileşenleri ile elüsyon çözeltisinin türü, hacmi ve konsantrasyonu gibi faktörlerin bu elementlerin zenginleştirilmesinde etkileri incelendi. Böylece Au (III), Pd (II) ve Cu (II) zenginleştirilmesi için optimum koşullar tespit edildi. Bu metod, bakır tayini amacıyla sentetik deniz suyu ve nehir suyuna uygulandı. Ayrıca standart referans madde olan cevherde altın ve palladyum tayininde bu metod kullanıldı. Sonuç olarak, sentezlenen ve karakterize edilen her iki modifıye silika jel altın, palladyum ve bakırın zenginleştirilmesi amacıyla kullanılabileceği yapılan deneyler sonunda ortaya konuldu.

INVESTIGATION OF PRECONCENTRATION CONDITIONS OF GOLD, PALLADIUM AND COPPER USING A MODIFIED SILICA GEL SUMMARY Key words : Preconcentration, silica gel, modification, copper, gold, palladium, atomic absorption spectrometry In this study, 3-(2-aminoethylamino)propyl and 3-[2-(2-aminoethylamino) ethylamino]propyl bonded silica gels were synthesized. Modified silica gels were characterized by FT-ER and elemental analysis. Preconcentration of gold (III), palladium (II) and copper (II) ions with the modified silica gels was investigated by column technique. The effect of parameters such as pH, volume, flow rate, matrix constituents of solutions and type, concentration, volume of eluent on preconcentration of these elements was studied. Thus, the optimum conditions for the preconcentration of Au (III), Pd (II) and Cu (II) were determined. This method was applied to the river and synthetic sea water for copper analysis. Also, this method was used for determination of gold and palladium in an ore sample which is a standart reference material. As a result, it has been found from the experimental study that both the synthesized and characterized two modified silica gels could be used for preconcentration of gold, palladium and copper.
