Bu çalışmada, 19. yüzyıl dîvân şâirlerinden Enderunlu Vâsıf’ın -tek eseri olan dîvânındaki şiirlerinden hareketle- kendi şiirlerine ilişkin değerlendirmeleri ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada, ilk aşama olarak Vâsıf’ın şiir yerine kullandığı kelimeler ve bu kelimelerle oluşturduğu tamlamalar tespit edilmiştir. Ardından, şâirin kendi şiirlerine ilişkin değerlendirmelerine, Şiir Söylemek/Yazmak Yerine Kullanılan İfadeler, Şiirlerinin Muhtevâ Özellikleri, Şiirlerinin Benzetilenleri, Şiirlerinde Öne Çıkan Şiire Özgü Unsurlar (Hayâl, manâ ve mazmûn) ve Şiirlerinin Konuları başlıkları altında yer verilmiştir. Her şâirin yaratılış özellikleri ve yetiştiği çevre farklılık gösterdiği için pek çok dîvân şâirinin şiirleri gibi Vâsıf’ın şiirlerinin de özgün bir karaktere sahip olduğu söylenebilir. Bu açıdan bakıldığında, Vâsıf’ın kendi şiirlerine ilişkin değerlendirmeleri, dîvân şâirlerinin bireysel şiir anlayışlarından hareketle, bütüne ilişkin yapılması muhtemel çalışmalara katkı sağlayacaktır.

poems because the poets’ creation characteristics and the environment in which they grew up show_x000D_
difference. When viewed from this aspect, Vâsıf’s evaluations about his own poems will contribute to_x000D_
the studies that will be done relating to whole via the Ottoman poets’ individual poem mentalities.
