Eğitim fakültelerinde öğrenci memnuniyeti : Sakarya Üniversitesi örneği

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı eğitim fakültesi öğrencilerinin öğretim elemanları, danışmanlık hizmeti, yönetim, kaynaklar, bilgisayar olanakları ve ders programları ile ilgili memnuniyetlerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bununla birlikte eğitim fakültesi öğrencilerinin memnuniyet düzeylerinin cinsiyete, sınıf düzeyi, öğrenim gördükleri bölüme göre farklılık gösterip göstermediği incelenmiştir. Araştırmada veriler, Sakarya Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesinde eğitim gören 473 öğrenciye uygulanan Eğitim Fakültesi Memnuniyet Ölçeği ile elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde Bağımsız Örnekler T-Testi ve ANOVA kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda eğitim fakültesinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin genel olarak fakültede aldıkları hizmetten orta düzeyde memnun olduğu ve öğretim elemanlarından, danışmanlık hizmetinden, yönetimden, kaynaklardan, bilgisayar olanaklarından, ders ve ders programlarından orta düzeyde memnun olduğu belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda öğrencilerin, eğitim fakültesinden memnuniyet düzeylerinin cinsiyete göre anlamlı bir farklılık göstermediği, sınıf düzeyi ve bölüme göre anlamlı bir farklılık gösterdiği belirlenmiştir.

The aim of this study is to investigate the satisfaction of the faculty of education students about the teaching staff, consultancy service,management,resources, computer facilities andcurricılum (courses). In addition, it was examined whether the satisfaction levels of the students of education faculty differed according to gender, class level and the department they studied. The data were obtained by using the Faculty of Education Satisfaction Scale, which was applied to 473 students studying at Sakarya University Faculty of Education. . Independent samples T-Test and ANOVA were used for data analysis. As aresult of the research, it was determined that the students studying in the faculty of education werw generally satisfied wich the service they received in the faculty and they werw moderately satisfied wich the teaching staff, consultancy service, management, resources, computer facilities,courses and course programs. As a result of the study, it was determined that the satisfaction levels of the students from the faculty of education did not show a significant difference according to gender but showed a significant difference according to the class and the section.
