dc.description.abstract Conclusion: The use of urethral approach for long periods during TCL increases the risk of urethral stricture in the postoperative period. In patients who are planned to undergo TUR-P and who have an accompanying high stone burden, the combination of TUR-P + PCL seems to be a rational approach.
