Bu araştırmada; Ümitler ve Gençler (14-19 yaş) Türkiye Judo Şampiyonaları'nda yarışmış olan judocuların sıvı kaybına uğradıkları dönem ile sıvı kaybına maruz kalmadıkları müsabaka öncesi dönem karşılaştırıldığında dehidrasyonun vücuda yaptığı etki ve zararları ile ilgili fikir verebilecek olan bazı biyokimya değerleri arasında anlamlı farklılıklar olup olmadığının tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmaya en az bir defa milli takımda yer almış olan 8 sıkletten toplam 32 Judocu gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan Judoculara 3 haftalık müsabaka öncesi hazırlık antrenmanı yaptırılmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan Judoculardan alınan tüm değerler yaptırılan antrenman programı öncesinde ve sonrasında alınarak gerekli analizler yapılmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan grubun yaş, boy ve spor yaşı değerleri sırasıyla 17 yıl, 1,69 cm, 6 yıl olarak tespit edilmiştir. Vücut ağırlığı ön test ortalaması 64,17 ± 17,4 kg, son test ortalaması 61,22 ± 16,62 kg, Vücut Kitle İndeksi ön test ortalaması 22,05, son test ortalaması 21,03 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışmaya katılan Judocuların Kan Hgb ön test ortalaması 14,02 ± 1,11, son test ortalaması 13,31 ± 0,74, Kan Hct ön test ortalaması 41,69 ± 2,83, son test ortalaması 45,87 ± 2,81, Üre ön test ortalaması 14,34 ± 1,9, son test ortalaması 20,41 ± 5,05, İdrar PH ön test ortalaması 6,03 ± 0,7, son test ortalaması 5,91 ± 0,49 olarak ölçülmüştür. Yapmış olduğumuz 3 haftalık müsabaka öncesi hazırlık dönemi öncesi ve sonrasında, kilo ve VKİ değerlerinde anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca Biyokimya değerlerinden Hemoglobin, Hematokrit ve Üre değerlerinde anlamı farklılıklar bulunurken İdrar PH değerinde anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilememiştir. Sonuç olarak; sıklet ayarlamalarının yapıldığı ve özelliklede sıklet ayarlamalarının bilinçsizce ve plansızca yapıldığı günümüzde bu durumun sporcuların birçok yönden özellikle de ilerleyen yaşlarda sağlık problemlerine yol açacağı düşünülmektedir. Sporcular dengeli beslenme ve planlı şekilde kilo kontrolü yapmaya sevk edilmeli akut ve aşırı dehidrasyon ile kilo ayarlamalarının önüne geçilmelidir.
In this study, it was aimed to determine whether there are any significant differences between some biochemical values which can give an idea about the effects of the dehydration on the body and the damages to the body comparing the period when judoists, competing in U-21 and Juniors (14-19 years) Turkey Judo Championships, are exposed to fluid loss with the pre-competition period when they are not exposed to fluid loss. A total of 32 jodoists, called for the national team at least once, voluntarily participated in the study. The Judoists who participated in the study was given pre-competition training for 3 weeks. All the values taken from the judoists participating in the study were taken before and after the training program and necessary analyzes were performed. Age, height and sport age values of the participating groups were determined as 17 years, 1,69 cm, 6 years, respectively. Body weight pre test average was 64,17 ± 17,4 kg, post test average was 61,22 ± 16,62 kg, body mass index pre test average was 22,05, post test average was 21,03. Blood Hgb pre test average was 14,02 ± 1,11, post test average was 13,31 ± 0,74, Blood Hct pre test average was 41,69 ± 2,83, post test average was 45,87 ± 2,81, urea pre test average was 14.34 ± 1.9, post test average was 20.41 ± 5.05, urinary pH pre test average was 6.03 ± 0.7, and post test average was 5.91 ± 0.49. Significant differences were found in weight and BMI values before and after the 3 week pre-competition preparation period. There were also significant differences in Hemoglobin, Hematocrit and Urea values from Biochemistry values but no significant differences were found in Urine pH value. As a result; it is thought that this is the situation where athletes are likely to suffer from health problems in many different directions, especially in later ages, because the adjustment of the weight is made unconsciously and unplanned. Weight adjustments of athletes by acute and excessive dehydration should be prevented and athletes should be directed to balanced diet and planned weight control.
